This is a very nice condo and very well equipped. Parking could be difficult if you have more than one vehicle and there are lots of steps (unit is on 2nd floor) if there is anyone in your party who has difficulty with stairs.I greatly enjoyed the stay and would rent again.

First of all, this condo is very pretty and provided everything we needed for our stay. The location was in a great area within the resort. Our only real complaint was that we had a 12 hour period without water due to issues in another unit. That was very inconvenient for showers after the beach and before dinner. 1st world problems… I know! For future guests please make sure the outside light by front door is working… ours wasn’t. Make sure there are working batteries in TV remotes (2of 3 didn’t… we had some in our supplies) and maybe explain that if your future guests drive a large vehicle, parking is a bit tight! With all that said, over all we had a great stay and would definitely return!

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us! We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the condo, its location, and overall had a great stay. We sincerely apologize for the temporary water disruption caused by the neighboring unit, as well as the front light and remotes. Our team has already addressed the porch light bulb and refreshed all remote batteries for future guests. We also appreciate the helpful note regarding parking for larger vehicles! We truly appreciate your understanding, and we would love to welcome you back again soon!

The only negative we had about Edisto on my mind was the TV selections. We thought it was pretty complicated, and we never really did find out how to navigate all the choices!! The place was exceptionally clean, and had all the amenities we needed. We would come back.

The unit was clean although we did see several roaches. The condo was well equipped except for only two towels and two washcloths for a five day stay but they did drop off extra linens which was appreciated. The unit is quite outdated but my main concern was that golf cart rental was not allowed for this unit but other units had golf carts and there was designated parking for golf carts. The charge for using the pool and other Wyndham amenities was 85.00 per day and there was no mention of this or about the golf carts in the rental agreement. I will probably choose a different rental for my next trip.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're happy our team could assist you quickly with extra linens during your stay! We always encourage guests to contact us immediately if any issues arise—such as pest concerns—so we can provide real-time assistance and send support right away. Regarding golf cart policies and the resort’s $85 daily amenity fee, these are set by the Wyndham resort association rather than our management. We appreciate your feedback and will review our listing description to make sure these resort-mandated policies are even clearer for future guests.

Great Last Minute Booking

We were able to book Edisto on my Mind just a month before the booking. The condo was very clean and had plenty of room for our party of three. It was well stocked with dining and cooking supplies. The parking was ample and there was a foot washing station at the bottom of the steps. Edisto Beach is our favorite beach and we really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely stay

Property was charming! Very comfortable. Kitchen sink faucet is loose at base, left cabinet door under sink had the screws missing from top hinge. Did not see any fire extinguishers. That being said, I feel I am nit- picking. Very clean, comfortable and charming! I would stay there again!

Family time

We had a nice stay. There were several issues with the property. We called and were able to resolve one of them. They sent some one to repair the hole in the deck. They were unable to stop the lights from blinking over the table. The repairman came on Wednesday evening and said that he thought that the bulbs were the wrong kind. The hardware store was already closed by the time he came. So we just had blinking lights. We made it like a running joke with the kids. They thought it was funny. But they are still blinking. I fixed the refrigerator door it would not stay shut. The seal had been pulled loose at the bottom just wanted y’all to know so these things could be looked at before the next family comes. We had a wonderful time together nothing could have spoiled that!’
