The Space:
This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is perfect for group getaways for any time of the year! Located minutes from Tahoe’s beaches and slopes, you are in a prime location to enjoy it all. Unwind after a fun-filled day at the home where you will find an open and social layout, 2 living rooms, an upper-floor balcony, radiant floor heating, and a fenced backyard offering plenty of room for your group to spread out.
As you enter the front door of the home you will come to a split entryway where you can either head to the upper or lower floor. Make your way up the few steps to the main living space where a bright and open kitchen/dining/living greets you. This space boasts high ceilings and windows all around filling the area with natural light. The inviting living room is the perfect spot to relax and connect with loved ones with ample seating for the entire group. Outfitted with a plush couch, loveseat, and recliner, settle into the comfortable furnishings while you warm up by the gas fireplace. The stone accent wall surrounding the fireplace is an eye-catching feature in the room! A mounted TV and surround sound speakers provide all you need for movie nights at home for those nights you want to unwind after exploring. Or, step out the sliding glass doors to the upper deck and take in the fresh Tahoe area and views of the surrounding area.

The room is filled with natural light from soaring windows overlooking the trees and features warm details such as painted walls and plush carpeting. Adding to the comfort of the bedroom is the spacious en suite master bathroom. The Neighborhood:
A charming home tucked among the trees mere minutes from King’s Beach, you will be in an unbeatable location to enjoy all Tahoe has to offer! Located just over half a mile from Secline Beach you can easily walk down to this pet-friendly beach and enjoy the volleyball courts and BBQ areas. Or head over to King’s Beach a half-mile from the home and spend the day on the big sandy beaches where you will find every variety of watercraft available to rent for some water fun! This funky little beach town area has plenty of entertainment and dining options for you to enjoy with a wide variety of restaurants to dine at, cute boutiques, a farmer's market for shopping, and free concerts that happen in the summer. If there is a golfer in your group they will love the fact that the home is only a two-minute drive away from the Brockway Golf Club course. In the winter the golf course is open for XC skiing, sledding, snowshoeing, and dog walking. You are also under 10 minutes from Northstar Ski Resort with the bonus that the house's location will keep you away from the ski traffic through Kings Beach. If you are looking for XC trails you are a 6-minute drive to the North Tahoe Regional Park, or if you are feeling extra adventurous you can access their trail system from Tiger Ave which is about a mile from the house. This same trail system is great for hiking and biking in the summer. With its easy access to town, ski resorts, golfing, and the lake, this cabin is a great home base for the ultimate Tahoe getaway any time of the year.
Getting Around:
The home is within a 6-minute walk to the nearest public transportation stop HWY 28 a Bear St which runs every hour. Or make the short (under half a mile!) drive or walk down to King's Beach where you can use the FREE park and ride to reach locations such as Olympic Park and Northstar California Resort. With HWY 89 and 28 just minutes away, you can easily make day trips to many of the stunning surrounding areas around Tahoe City.
