Gemütliches Seeblick-Refugium für Familien / Paare: Hervorragende Lage und angenehme Ausstattung

Im Brockway Vista von North Shore Lake Tahoe gelegen, bietet unsere „urige“ Hütte mit bezauberndem Finish und gefiltertem See- und Bergblick viel Platz für eine Familie und / oder Paare.

Der offene Grundriss ermöglicht einen Spiel- / Filmabend in der Gruppe, während zwei weitere Personen sich am Kamin unterhalten oder ein gutes Buch und heißen Kakao aus dem ganzen Raum genießen können. Die Küche ist energieeffizient, mit Hartholzböden, Granitarbeitsplatten und den wichtigsten Geräten ausgestattet und verfügt über Töpfe, Pfannen, Geräte, Geschirr, Gläser und einen Esstisch für bis zu 10 Personen.

Zwei Hauptschlafzimmer (eines mit Kingsize-Bett und das andere mit Queensize-Bett) sowie ein eigenes Bad und ein kleines Kinderzimmer (mit Etagenbett für Kinder) und ein komplettes Badezimmer auf der anderen Seite des Flurs sind einladend und komfortabel. Es gibt auch einen Schlafboden mit einer Klappleiter und einer Queensize-Matratze, sodass in der Kabine bis zu 6 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und ein Baby / Kleinkind übernachten können (auf Anfrage auch zum Spielen erhältlich).

Das Abenteuer beginnt hier ... eine kurze Fahrt zu den Skigebieten im Winter; Lake Tahoe, Casinos und Downtown Kings Beach im Sommer zu Fuß erreichbar; und Incline Village ist nur 4, 5 Meilen entfernt. Genießen Sie die atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergänge am Lake Tahoe vom geräumigen Vorderdeck aus und verlieben Sie sich in unseren Familienurlaub.

Great for a family!

We really enjoyed our stay! The property has an awesome porch with a good view of the lake. Our toddler was entertained with the toys provided in the house. The property is located in close proximity to Kings Beach, so it was very easy to get to wherever we needed to go.

Needs updates

Good location, partial view of lake. Carpets in the bedrooms need to be replaced, very dirty. Walls are scuffed and dirty around all light switches, just needs a real deep cleaning. Outside has a lot of cobwebs and outdoor furniture cushions look like they have seen better days, we didn’t use them. Dogs enjoyed the patio

Much needed getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tony and Johanna's house! It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. There was a large deck with filtered water views which we sat on every morning and evening. If you want to relax and unwind, this is the place to do it!

Wonderful Cabin

We enjoyed our stay here so much. Very clean and cozy, great communication, and very thoughtful amenities. Chargers at your bedside, coffee pods, clear tv directions, board games, even a pack and play/toys for young children…our children are teens, but we were so impressed by the thoughtfulness of this. The location was a wonderful one for any season. We will definitely be back to stay.

Great location...comfortable cabin

This cabin is located in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to several towns around the lake. It has a great deck, where we spent a lot of time. To be honest, you can see the lake but there are a lot of trees so it is not a clear shot. Still very pretty and relaxing! The kitchen is appropriately stocked but we did eat out a lot while we were here. There is a great trail, I believe it's called the Fire Lookout, DO NOT MISS IT! BEAUTIFUL!

Cozy, cute cabin with a stunning view

We loved our time here. The decor is comfortable and charming. The beds are great! The lake view is amazing and we walked up the street into the forest trail every day. The cabin is clean and welcoming. The size was perfect - large enough for everyone to have space, but still cozy and warm. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to use. We will go back again!

Beautiful & Comfortable

I would give 5 stars for all Except the oven did not work. I planned on baking a dessert and slow ribs. The house is very nice and the view cannot be beat. Thank you for the amazing accomodations. While the other four adults hit the slopes, my granddaughter and I stayed in your home.

What a great place to stay. The house is exactly what you want when vacationing in Tahoe: warm, comfortable, with a great view of the lake. Fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, great fireplace, lots of windows to watch the snow fall. You will walk in and say Wow! You'll never want to leave, we didn't. As for the owners, they are simply the best. We had to change our plans last minute and Johanna and Tony went out of their way to accommodate us. We cannot thank them enough for their kindness. We can't wait to come back.

Lake Tahoe visit

My husband and I traveled to the area to visit our son and DIL who stayed with us. The home is comfortable and met our needs. Overall it presents as described. A few things we noticed that could be improved for a top notch stay: substantial cobwebs throughout the home (although all other parts of the home were clean), grill began smoking and is not useable until it gets cleaned, and there were limited knives for food prep if guests plan to cook. The positives are that it is pet friendly, there are plenty of dishes, beds are comfortable, plenty of towels, neighborhood is quiet, communication with property manager was quick and easy and the checkout process was simple and considerate as there were not unreasonable expectations for guests to clean excessively as there sometimes are in VRBO rentals. I recommend this property.

A relaxing getaway!

A lovely home - close to King's Beach (we even walked there with the dogs) and only a 15 minute drive to Northstar. We recommend parking on the street up above the house as maneuvering the stair case at night was a challenge (especially with the dogs); the short path in the back was easier for carrying everything in and out. The parking up top was also much easier! Wonderful the place is pet friendly, but one suggestion is to have a little gate at the top of the staircase, as well as the other end of the deck that leads to the back of the house, so that dogs can just hang out on the deck without getting out. Wonderful house in great location

We loved our stay here. The house was comfortable and inviting. The trails behind the house were cool. Close to the beach, food and casinos. Updated fixtures and nice bathrooms. The only things I would suggest would be to clear out the food left behind by previous tenants- there wasn’t much room for the food we brought until we made some room. Also it could have been a bit more clean, there were a lot of spider webs and we found some old socks left behind also the throw blankets had some pet hair on them, could just use a wash. We vacuumed the floors and after that it was just fine. Owners were accommodating and quickly replied to our email. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay again!

Dirty house, filthy linens, surveillance inside house!!

We checked in here for a 3 night stay and left after 1 night. We arrived to a freezing cold house and almost none of the lights worked. The owners told us that the housekeepers must’ve left the lamps on and the light bulbs blew… All of them!. There is no welcome binder with info about the house, You need to get all the info through the VRBO app – but in order to access the app you need Wi-Fi, which the owners don’t provide anywhere except for a few details in the VRBO app… so we had no way of knowing that we could’ve warmed the house by starting a fire. Except, also, there was no firewood! We went to our rooms and found a lot of human and dog hair in the sheets and some crusty, dirty substance on the duvet cover. It was disgusting. We tried to do laundry and the washing machine started leaking water all over the floor, but there was no mop to mop it up… Or house rags. A disgusting and disturbing way to begin The final straw was there is a surveillance device of some kind in the living room- I thought it was a camera, the owner insists it’s to detect bears. Which seems super weird inside one’s home. we left and will never return. So disappointing.
