Super quiet area made for very relaxing time. Pool was great and the floats were a added bonus. Loved the waterfalls. Very close to Old Town. Very strong wifi. Great communication with hosts.

This is a great place if you're looking to be central and near the entertainment district. The host was very easy to communicate with and would respond immediately to any questions. The property was kept in very good condition and the pool and hot tub were perfect. For the price I think this is hard to beat! When we go back, we will definitely try and rebook the same house.

Great location, very spacious home. Lots of space to move around and get settled in. Casita provided a nice private area with its own bathroom too. Comfortable sleeping accommodations. The pool was relaxing and the outdoor.space perfect for unwinding! Kitchen was well appointed. This home is a great value and location was central. Walkable to shops, coffee, restaurants. Would stay again!

We loved everything about our stay. The house was clean, well stocked kitchen, with a beautiful pool and patio. Mark was very responsive. We enjoyed the 2 covered areas out back. Shade for morning coffee by the pool and shade for evening cocktails! There is even umbrella for shade in the pool! It was like our own private resort. (Even got in hot tub though it was hot in Scottsdale late June)The location is very proximate to Old Town and other parts of Scottsdale are easy to get to.Hope to return to this property some day!

Fantastic location and fantastic house! We loved being able to walk to Old Town Scottsdale and with it being so hot it was a massive help Scottsdale is such a lovely place to visit, nice restaurants, friendly people and was perfect for us Never out the pool we loved the shape and it was great for seating plus non slip surface. The loungers for us were ideal as being from the UK we need to chill and embrace that sun!! The house was very spacious, loved the layout, the 2 bathrooms was ideal. We loved playing pool and honestly felt so chilled and settled in this houseHad everything you needed and the details and check in process were easy and straightforward. If we come back we will absolutely book this house again loved it thanks

We stayed for a week with two kids aged 9 and 13. This property was perfect for a family. Between the pool and pool table the kids were constantly entertained! The check-in and check-out process was incredibly easy.

The property is conveniently located to oldtown and it was comfortable for my needs. The property itself is an older home with some minor updates but it was accommodating. There was a rainstorm during my stay and the kitchen ceiling leaked. The owner/manager had rather restrictive cleaning and checkout requirements that I did not appreciate. Checkout was 10 am and I texted the day before asking if 10:30 was sufficient since my transportation had been prescheduled. I also informed them of the ceiling leak. I received no response and cleaning crew showed up and 10:10. I would not rent the property again.

The house was perfect for our stay in Old Town! The location was ideal, less than 10 minute walk to art, shopping and restaurants. When our 3 kids visited with spouses, we were able to house everyone for the weekend. We enjoyed the pool table and the common space was great for a family gathering. The backyard was very pleasant and private with a good grill.

We simply loved this property and will stay again. The key value is its proximity to old town Scottsdale. We could walk each morning to 4 or 5 coffee shops and then off to top notch dining spots in the evening. The pool is perfectly sized and the well appointed kitchen allowed us to spend a night in. The pool table was also a nice addition. Overall it's a great location for an extended family given the Casita, plenty of bedrooms and several bathrooms. And the garage was a very nice bonus given the hot sun of Arizona. Highly recommend.

Was absolutely wonderful. We had such a great time, relaxing in the sunshine by the pool with our family. The neighborhood is very safe. You can walk to a coffee shop about 10 or 15 minutes away. You can drive to anything within 5 to 10 minutes. Our son was graduating from Grand Canyon University, and it was the perfect spot for us, and both sets of parents. Anything that we were concerned about the hosts responded right away. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The place is great. Had more than enough essential to cook what you wanted. There wasn't anything to put in baggies for food nor transport. This is always a hit and miss on VRBO.
