Enjoy all Branson has to offer from the convenience of this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo on the third floor of Branson Kingsgate Condos. Centrally located just minutes from museums, parks, shows, shopping, and dining.
From the moment you arrive at this end-unit condo you are welcomed by clean, spacious living and dining spaces, tall ceilings, crown moulding, gorgeous vinyl plank flooring, freshly painted walls, plush furnishings, and loads of natural light. Comfortable seating surrounds a beautiful electric fireplace, adding ambiance and leisure to your stay. As an added bonus, Kingsgate has luggage carts and an elevator for your convenience.
A fully stocked kitchen includes all common appliances plus an ice maker, Keurig coffee pot, a Crock Pot, loads of countertop space, and everything you will need to prepare a meal while staying as our guest. Dining seating is available for 2 at the breakfast counter and 7 at the kitchen table. If you have the desire to grill, there are charcoal grills near the pool.
Branson Kingsgate is centrally located just off of highway 76. Less than 10 minutes away from White Water, Bigfoot Fun Park, The Butterfly Place, Branson Ferris Wheel, Beyond the Lens, Titanic Museum, Runaway Mountain Coaster, Flyaway Ziplines, WonderWorks, Aquarium at the Boardwalk, Tanger Outlet Mall, Silver Dollar City, Shepherd of the Hills Adventure Park, Fritz's Adventure Park, Hurts Donuts, Dolly Parton's Stampede, Table Rock Lake State Park, Sight & Sound Theatres and an easy 15 minutes from The Landing and historic Downtown Branson. This is Branson so, of course, fun and delicious food await you on every corner. Grocery stores and upscale convenient stores are within minutes from the condo.
Although you will be close to everything Branson is famous for, we have plenty of playing cards, games, puzzles, and books for our guests to use during their downtime. The lovely sectional sofa in front of the electric fireplace is a perfect spot to cozy up with a good book!
Each of the two bedrooms features a king-size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, a Roku Smart TV, and a closet. The primary en suite has dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and a whirlpool bathtub while the central bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
If two king-size beds are insufficient for your sleeping needs, we do offer a queen-size blow-up mattress. All linens are included for your convenience.
Enjoy the sights and sounds of Branson from the private balcony overlooking the beautiful Kingsgate Condo swimming pool and ample greenspace. Please note we do not provide pool towels, and it is against our rental agreement to use the provided bath towels at the pool.

We employ a professional cleaning service whose staff is committed to the cleanliness and sanitation of our entire condo space. This includes the disinfection of all surfaces, paying close attention to high use surfaces such as remote controls, light switches, door handles, and countertops. Linens are laundered in a commercial facility ensuring that CDC guidelines are satisfied. Additionally, they provide a thorough bed bug inspection of all sleeping surfaces.
In order to keep our vacation home in pristine condition for our family, yours, and all of our future guests, we have some house rules that everyone is expected to abide by. Prior to booking, please note these rules:
No smoking or vaping of any substance is allowed inside or outside of the condo. This includes the private balcony and outside of the front door. Any evidence of smoking or vaping will result in a fine of $750 due to the extensive nature of cleaning and neutralizing the space.
No parties or events. Branson Kingsgate Condo quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Monday-Sunday. This includes music, outdoor conversations, and using the laundry machines. Please be courteous of our neighbors and their guests. Noise complaints, excessive trash, and/or evidence of a party or event will result in the loss of your deposit.
No pets or animals. We love animals of all shapes and sizes; however, our condo is strictly for humans only. This helps us ensure a safe and sanitary environment for everyone. Any evidence of an animal in the residence will result in the loss of your deposit.
We prioritize your privacy and safety. We have installed monitors on the property to provide an extra layer of protection. The Ring doorbell allows us to monitor the property while you're away, and the Minut noise monitoring system measures sound levels without recording any audio. It also detects cigarette and vape smoke. In the event of a noise or odor complaint, these monitors will allow us to respond with factual proof.
