1 Saturday/month – 🧼 Garbage & Recycling Bin Deep Cleaning (Valley Bins). Please ensure bins are completely empty.

The City of Indio has strict noise rules:

PET POLICY:

ANIMALS ARE NEVER ALLOWED IN THE POOL OR ON FURNITURE. PERIOD. VIOLATIONS OF THIS POLICY WILL RESULT IN THE PET HAIR AND RELATED PET CLEANING FEES BEING PASSED DIRECTLY ON TO YOU.

💦 Pool & Spa Heating
Pool + Spa: $100/day • Spa only: $50/day • For consecutive, back-to-back days of pool heat, please ask if a discount may be possible • Pool heat is recommended during the months of Oct –Apr • Pool Hours: 8am–9pm Sun-Th; 8am-10pm Fri & Sat (per city law) • 💳 Payment due minimum 24 hrs before check-in (pool requires advance notice to heat) • Guests must rinse 🚿 before entering & shower fully after (prolonged saltwater exposure can irritate skin) • ⚠️ DO NOT alter pool heating schedule or any iAquaLink settings — extra charges apply if gas bills spike or damage results to system from misuse ⚠️

👥 Occupancy
Max guests: 10 MAX (adults + kids) • 8 guests sleep comfortably: 👑 1 King, 🛏️ 2 Queens, 🧸 2 Twins • 9th & 10th guest require advance notice to host → 🛋️ futon or 🛏️ queen air mattress provided w/ linens upon request only and with 24-hour advance notice • Guests under 21 may stay in home but may not book the house per Indio law • Responsible 21+ adult must be present at all times when kids are in the home

🐾 Pets
Pre-approved, well-behaved, non-shedding dogs only (15 lbs or less) • Fee: $150/pet per stay • Must clean up 🐕💩 Please leave no trace behind • No unapproved pets or pets over 15 lbs. Pets are NEVER allowed in the pool, spa, showers, or on any furniture. No exceptions. If housekeeping has to do any extra cleaning to remove pet hair, dander, or any traces of a pet, those additional housekeeping fees will be passed onto the responsible guest.

Strict Indio Ordinance: 🚫 NO amplified music outside • Quiet Hours: Sun–Thurs: 9pm–8am • Fri–Sat: 10pm–8am • If neighbors hear you → it’s too loud → fines apply. Pool & spa are CLOSED during quiet hours per Indio law

⏰ Arrival & Departure
Check-in: 4–10pm • Check-out: 11am • Early check-in/late check-out MAY be possible (extra fees & payment for additional nights’ stay may apply. Availability is never guaranteed. We do NOT reserve early check-in or late check-out on a complimentary basis.)

Treat IndyOasis as you would a loved one’s home ❤️ • Please leave the house tidy for our housekeeper Erika (she’s family to us 💕) • Excessive mess or cleaning = 💸 additional cleaning fees passed on to guests
