The layout worked well for our group. Pool area is nice. The house does need a few minor repairs but nothing that prevented us from having a great time. The property managers were quick to respond to anything we needed.

Everything was great. Property mgr was responsive and nice. Even through the power outage from tropical storm, they were nice! There was a leak in the bathroom and they offered to move us to another home! Great place for a staycation….

Great house, just a few things to know

Overall, great place to stay. Beautiful spacious house. Just a few these to note for future renters. -The pool lights do not work -No extra blankets in the house, not one(so bring your own) -The listing states 4 Queen beds but there was at least one room with a full size bed, possibly 2 rooms -One of the roll away beds is not suitable for an adult, only a child. No blankets were provided for the rollaway beds as well. -All the trees behind the pool were either dead or were just majorly cut back, huge bummer because it really made backyard look terrible since that is the main focal point when you come out and are in the backyard.

Hi Allison, pool lights do go out at anytime and are hard to predict as to when they will go out till they go out. It was never reported to us at anytime during your stay in order to have it replaced during your stay. To stay in compliance with governing HOA documents, homeowners are responsible for maintaining landscape of their property. To comply with HOA landscaping requirements the trees/shrubbery all had to be cut back to avoid a fine for non compliance. Additionally it is the height of summer and it is the desert, non succulents don’t do well during the summer months in which we don’t pull “dead” plants out as they do revive themselves once it cools down again/season changes. We are extremely accommodating, if extra blankets or anything extra is needed and is communicated, our property managers always make themselves available and are more than happy to put a couple more out/bring extras over. All the beds have blankets which is why extras generally aren’t left out unless requested as the property is set up for the licensed amount of guests. The 4 beds are queens and none are fulls. This property is booked quite often and has over 23 reviews, not one has previously stated one is a full as the 4 beds are in fact queen beds.

Great house, easy access to Joshua Tree, Pioneer Town,Palm Springs- we did it all.There is also a great hike just minutes from the house that was just beautiful. Would stay here again.

Lovely spacious house

It was just as pictured. Big, clean, comfortable, great pool. Kitchen is amazingly well organized and has everything one can imagine. Everything looks brand new and well kept. Lovely art all around the house. Nice place to unplug, cook, float in the pool and watch movies on a giant TV. Guest service was also amazing. Thank you!

Anniversary retreat

Rented this beautiful property for our 25th wedding anniversary. We were joined by our kids and grandkids and friends. We all had a blast in the beautiful pool and the ping-pong table was a wonderful and fun touch. House, where can I begin. It is super clean and spacious, did I mention beautiful? OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
We provide some hotel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your convenience. We do not supply cooking spices, sprays, cling wraps, or zip-lock bags, but we can give you a list of local stores to help you resupply. We want to make sure you have a comfortable stay.

Pool and spa heating is an additional fee. The highest allowed temperature for pools is 89 degrees.
