Perfect vacation getaway

We were very happy with the accommodations. The bedrooms were comfortable. It appeared that some backyard renovations were being done, but still was very nice. It would be really helpful to have a notebook, or flyer or something to provide some basic information about the house. Such as how to turn on the grill and firepit. Were we supposed to put out the trash, wash the sheets, etc. Maybe suggest some area attractions. We would rent again.

Great set up of bedrooms/bathrooms for a large group but low on supplies.

Overall we had a nice stay and the property owner was quick to respond when we had questions/concerns. We had a few issues with the pool but it was rectified in a timely manner. The bedroom/bathroom setup was great for a group of 10. Lots of space for couples/families. Unfortunately the house was low on supplies. We needed to buy our own toilet paper, paper towel, kleenex and dishwasher tabs. It would have been nice if those things were provided. There also is not enough coffee cups for all guests which was a bit of a pain as we all had to drink coffee in stages and wash cups in between. It also would have also been nice to have proper wine glasses. We had to borrow some from another family member staying at a different property. These small things were a bit of a nuisance and would be easy for the homeowner to rectify. The location was great close to lots of things but we found the neighbourhood noisy with parties, dogs barking and lawn care early in the morning. A manual with instructions about garbage, recycling, tv usage, lawn care, pool care schedules would definitely have been nice to have as well.

The property was in a great location for us! Very close to Indian Wells. Locked the location in terms of restaurants and stores nearby. The kitchen and family room for a perfect space for all of us to hang out together!

Good Getaway

The property was comfortable. We got a lot of use out of the pool and hot tub. Beds were comfortable and place was clean. TVs in all rooms was helpful. Some maintenance issues but owner was quick to react. Great vacation.

Great family stay for Christmas

House was as described. Beds very comfortable and with two bedrooms on the main floor and three on the top floor it is a great layout for extend family or even two families vacationing together. We enjoyed the heated pool as well as the fenced in yard. Communication with Daher was exceptional. We had a minor issue and he took care of it right away. We all had a great time on our first visit to the desert.

Clean and well stocked!

Really nothing to complain about at all. We were 6 ladies and we each got our own room and big bed, except two ladies shared a room with twin beds. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Everyone wants to stay here again! We used the grill but not the pool/hot tub. Lots of lounge chairs outside.

Immaculately clean

The inside of the house was exactly like the photos. Everything was so clean and we felt comfortable immediately. The bacKyard exceeded expectations. The photos didn’t show the umbrellas and lounge chairs around the pool and there were shades you could draw down as well. Very nice Smart TV. Correspondence and communication was excellent. Very close to grocery stores and Costco. We were very pleased with how well the house was stocked with kitchenware and appliances. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Disappointed

House had some disappointing aspects. Master bedrooms did not have any closets. No where to put clothes, only a night stand. House is very high tech but no instructions on how to use televisions, heater for spa or pool or the lights or front door. Needs to have a binder with instructions Beautiful amenities but how to use 5 bedrooms but living room and eating area small for that many bedrooms.

Amazing stay, great for huge groups.

Daher is a great host. My family and I wanted to book a last min trip, for three nights. (literally the night before) He made everything stress free for us, answering question even at midnight! The home was spotless, clean pool, (pool guy came twice during our stay) plenty of swimming towels, plush mattresses and bedding. There were also extras like paper plates, plenty of condements, items in fridge & pantry, name brand hygenie supplies, laundry supplies, I’m mean pretty much resort style! (Just bring food and your personal items At the end of our stay, one of the children left a small spot on the white couch unfortunately but he handled it well! He updated me that cleaners were able to remove candy spot and opened his home for further stay. Will defiantly be staying again!

Beautiful property

My family and I stayed at the Tulip House while in town for a family wedding. The property was beautiful and was very comfortable for the 10 of us. We were able to get a slightly early check-in so that we could freshen up before going to the wedding rehearsal. Ideally I'd give 4 1/2 stars. My only minor nit is that it would have been great to have something like paper plates available. The roll of paper towels was almost empty when we arrived and we couldn't find another roll, nor any napkins. Some additional supplies here would have been really nice to have.

Gorgeous Desert Property!

Wall to wall, this house is stunning and best of all, CLEAN! There is plenty of room to spread out and the kitchen amenities are top notch for cooking, grilling and chilling. Lay poolside all day or take in some of the close and nearby venues for fun. This is the perfect property for a weekend or longer. For business or pleasure, it has it all. I will be back often, I absolutely love it!
