Featuring a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor seating, fishing pond access, BBQ grill, fire pit, and delightful interactions with our horses. Unwind on the front porch and enjoy the tranquil surroundings.

The Space

Sitting in the middle of an 11-acre property outside of Memphis, TN, this former farmhouse has been part of our family for 60+ years. Now FULLY RENOVATED, featuring new appliances and furniture, the house has all the modern comforts to please our guests while delivering a Country Living experience.

This space is perfect for people looking to get away, relax, and unplug, for families in need of temporary housing, for traveling nurses or military families, or for people traveling with horses.

- 2-Spot Carport (additional space for other vehicles or trailers available with 50 Amp hookups).

- Relaxing screened-in front porch, the perfect place to enjoy the incredible sunrise while relaxing with your morning coffee or enjoying your favorite beverage in the evening.

- Fully equipped kitchen, coffee/tea bar, and dining area.

- The entertainment room includes:
A 65" smart TV with access to cable TV and most streaming apps. *Must have your own subscription and login information for those apps or bring your own device to connect to the TV (HDMI cable or Bluetooth connection available)*.
In this room, you will also find a DVD player, family card and board games, complimentary movie snacks, a comfortable, queen-sized futon bed, and door access to the backyard amenities.

- Dedicated workspace includes:
A quiet office space with a brand new, ergonomic office chair, desk space, and wireless charging stand for cellphones. The entire house has access to up to 1-Gbps of high-speed internet, so you can work in the office or anywhere in the house with ease.

- Bedrooms include:
1 King-sized bed (bedroom 1) and 1 Queen-sized (bedroom 2). Both rooms have a large closet and dresser space, with additional bedding, clothes hangers, a laundry basket, and an Iron and Ironing board, Phone charging stations.

- 2 Full-Sized Bathrooms include:
Super soft hotel-quality bath towels, full-sized showers, and other necessary amenities/toiletries.

- Living Room includes:
A 55" Smart TV, a brand new, super comfortable couch with two electric recliner chairs, and an easy-to-use electric fireplace. This room offers the flexibility to include a Queen-size air mattress, which will be provided when the reservation accommodates more than 6 guests.

- Laundry Room includes:
A brand new washer and dryer, complimentary laundry detergent, and other cleaning products. Also, a wide deep freezer for any food storage needs.

- Outdoor Amenities include:
Fully-equipped Char-Griller grill and smoker, backyard deck with outdoor table and seating under a covered pavilion, fenced-in yard space, in-ground firepit, fun outdoor games such as Cornhole and HorseShoe pit, and access to our private fishing pond.

Please consider that you are reserving a listing home located in the country, it is not unusual to see an occasional insect or small Tennessee wildlife (including Stuart Little on very rare occasions) during your visit. If this is an issue for you or anyone in your party please do not make a reservation.

*There could be occasional maintenance issues and we will always resolve them in the quickest timeframe possible.

*Tree Service, Woodshop, and Sawmill Operation. As you can see in our aerial pictures, we operate a woodshop and sawmill on the property. Our operations are sporadic, however, there is the possibility that you will hear associated noises. This machinery is always operated during the day and is not loud enough to disturb you during your stay. You may see our Tree Service crew members early in the morning and/or in the evening as they begin and finish the workday, however, they will never interfere with your stay.
