Good location for us.

Too many bugs, not enough furniture and the beds were uncomfortable. Nice neighborhood and good location.

Wonderful!!

We had a wonderful day! I had a few questions as I had never done this before and the owners quickly responded. Everything was super easy and very accessible! We'd love to be able to stay here again as it was such a great experience. :)

The home has a lot of space which was nice. Unfortunately, we had a few issues during our stay that would cause us not to book this property again. Host was easy to contact and communicate with when issues happened, but a little work to the house would prevent the issues from being present.

Nice quick stay

A few more chairs in the living room for setting would be nice. Leaving some paper products would be nice also. Ver clean Definitely needs mats at the doors. It would help prevent tracking in dirt.

Everything was great including communication with the host. It was clean and open. I always appreciate a welcome book, so I don’t have to refer to my phone for everything and other guests can access information easily. I think that would be a nice touch. A little more furniture- such as vanity in a couple the bedrooms would be helpful, since there is only two bathrooms with limited counter space. I just used the kitchen table, which was next to a full size mirror. (We had three women trying to get ready for a wedding). It worked for me, so not a big deal. Overall, a charming little property.

This is a great location, very close to stores in case you need anything. We were here for our daughter's wedding and the venue, Southern Grace was only 17 minutes away. The house is on a busy country street so keep an eye on small kids. There are farms on both sides so lots of space and pretty quiet except the road noise.We loved that the master is tucked away from the other bedrooms. We used that room for our son & daughters n law with the amall kids. The house is very spacious. The house lacks a few things that would be nice to have like a few hangers in the closets, more utensils in the kitchen and more seating for meals. For the most part this is a good house to rent.

Blue House

We had the pleasure of staying in the little blue house while visiting family in Atoka and it was perfect. The home was so clean and convenient for our travels and the beds were actually comfortable! Open the blinds and there are beautiful surrounding trees and complete privacy. It was quite peaceful. We will for sure book again!Plenty of parks for our granddaughter, local fishing ponds and a horse farm that is free to visit that is beautiful! Also only 45 min to Graceland! Cute farm house

Cute farmhouse that has recently been updated. It was in a good location, (it is on a very busy country road). The host was very responsive to messages and the house was very clean. The host gets 5 stars, however, there were a few things that kept me from giving an overall 5 star rating. The first is, the house says it sleeps 8-10 depending on the site. However, there is only dinner service for 4 and only 4 dining chairs. This was on a previous review and I had hoped it would have been corrected before we got there. It was not. I went out and bought paper plates and plastic utensils, not a huge deal, but I feel like you should have at least 1 place setting for every person you say you can sleep. I would also recommend hooks in the bathroom for towels and a luggage rack or 2 in each room or a table to set luggage on. It was not a problem for us but for some people it may be difficult to lean over to get things out of your luggage on the floor. Overall we had a great time and I would recommend this property.

Inadequate

My contact person was EXCELLENT, VERY KIND AND HELPFUL! As for house yes newly remodeled, clean, BUT accommodates 8 according to VRBO ad, seen in pictures table was for 4, ok we can find ways to eat, but only service for 4 in dishes, silverware had enough but sized, spoons anyway for infant. Rainy all week out of anyone's control, but needs way more gravel and leaves and entire yard cleaned up, trash piles dangerous for kids, no rug inside front door, constantly necessary to sweep floors! No toaster, no paper towels no hooks in bedrooms for coats etc... none in bathrooms, I travel lots stay in many, many, VRBO's and for cost of this place compared to many others is far too much! Have paid same in Charleston, SC off season and 1000% better equipped with needed essentials this house does not have! Road is 2 lane country road, EXTREMELY BUSY AND NOISY! I hope owners read this review and do the right thing by me and future guest! Its not up to what it cost! Not close!! I have pics but no way to attach them? Also front left bedroom molding missing around closet door, biggest issues are listed above and are 100% ACCURATE
