Dieses frisch renovierte Haus ist komplett mit brandneuen, hochwertigen Möbeln ausgestattet und nur 100 Schritte vom Marginal Way entfernt. Stell dir einfach vor, du sitzt in einem Schaukelstuhl auf der Veranda, blickst aufs Meer und hörst den Wellen zu, wie sie an die Küste schlagen. Klingt traumhaft, oder? Wie wäre es, nach einem fantastischen Tag am Strand in einem Adirondack-Stuhl an der Feuerstelle zu sitzen und auf das Meer zu blicken? Perkins Cove und Little Beach sind in beide Richtungen nur 2/10 Meilen entfernt. Dieses Haus verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer, 3 1/2 Bäder und bietet Platz für 8 Personen. Das Hauptschlafzimmer mit begehbarem Kleiderschrank hat ein eigenes Bad. Ogunquit is an amazing New England Coastal town! What makes it desirable is the location and people. We normally stay in a motel in town, we found the Marginal House and it wowed my entire family! Kristin and Mark were very communicative, quick to respond to texts or emails and nothing was to big to ask about. I would definitely recommend staying here. The entire house was spotless on check in and we worked hard to keep it that way.We were close to shops, restaurants, Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way. We look forward to staying there again!

Such a lovely home so close to the marginal way. The house has a great layout and is very clean. It was well stocked and the owner was wonderful to communicate with. Being able to see the ocean and walk across to the marginal way was amazing.

Beautiful property. Just across street from Marginal Way access. Views from Living Room were fabulous. There was construction going on across the street which was a bit of a bummer but not too bad. Only criticism is the showers in all the bathrooms were tricky to work. The handheld fixture was stuck on shooting water from top and until you sorted out how to switch to the overhead fixture, it was shooting water at the ceiling.I wouldn’t rent this if you were looking for easy beach access but for people who are not looking for that, its perfect. Easy walk to Ogunquit Center and Perkins Cove.

The house is perfect for 5 adults. There are two living areas and plenty of bathrooms! Marginal Way is amazing! There are plenty of benches to sit on and view the beautiful water views! The home is close enough to take a day trip to Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. We also toured the LL Bean Flagship store in Freeport.

Check in was easy and the house was very clean, maintained and organized. Kristen was excellent and very responsive to me throughout the stay which was greatly appreciated:-)There are two living rooms with large screen TV's which was wonderful. A huge dining table to fit all of our guests comfortably and two area's to gather in the yard. The fire pit was very relaxing to sit around. When it rained, we all gathered on a covered porch attached to the back of the house which had eight chairs and side tables. Only a few very minor drawbacks. There are no TV's in the bedrooms. There was construction (working on "3" houses across the street at the same time) during the days with more than 8 trucks/ vans and cars parked in the construction area's in addition to the road. We made the best of this situation and still very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful beach home. We were able to walk to several restaurants in addition to shopping down town and at Perkins Cove. The house was perfectly located close to the walking/ running trails via Marginal Way. The beach we went to is about a 15 minute walk which was another fun hangout. I would definitely stay in this beach home again in the future. Loved the area/ neighborhood. Once again, Kristen was wonderful to communicate with:-)

Great Location

This has to be the nicest property we have stayed at in Ogunquit over the past 26 years. Absoulutely a perfect vacation spot with easy walking access to all of what OGT has to offer. Kristen and Tom were always available if we had any questions and as usual provided the most organized and cleanest property we have ever experienced in Maine!

Memorable Stay

I stayed at this property for 3 nights with 6 girlfriends, 3 of whom we're celebrating their 60th birthday! It was a wonderful get away and we can't say enough about the property. This property is outstanding! The location is perfect to do all things Ogunquit, York, Wells, Kennebunkport, Portland and more. Walk to fabulous restaurants and shops; explore the art scene; overlook the breathtaking cliffs; chill on the beach. Perfect stay

What a great place! Three generations of our family stayed for a week in early June. The property is pristine with comfortable bedding, fluffy towels, and views of the water. The yard and outdoor seating were an added bonus. We enjoyed taking our coffee down to the Marginal Way every morning, and our kids enjoyed the easy walk to Perkins Cove for candy and ice cream. The owner was super conscientious, and this was a lovely week for everyone.
