Nestled in downtown Statesville, this charming single-family home underwent a 2021 remodel, preserving historic charm with modern luxuries.
Built in the 1920s featuring a walk-in pantry, laundry/mudroom, and sunroom with historic windows offering panoramic views. The primary suite boasts dual sinks, closets, and showers, adding luxury to everyday living. Enjoy nearby parks, Lake Norman, and Daveste Vineyards. Only a mile from Caldwell Park, Iredell Memorial, and downtown's civic center, where you'll find vibrant bars and restaurants to explore. Embrace the family-friendly community spirit with the lively Friday After Five concert series...there is always something going on in Statesville. Charlotte and Winston-Salem are also just 40 miles away, offering easy access to urban amenities, dining, and cultural attractions.

The space:
Enter seamlessly into a combined dining, living, and sunroom space that effortlessly flows into the kitchen, featuring ample pantry storage & newer stainless steel appliances. The kitchen comes stocked with silverware, dishes for 12, toaster/air fryer combo, microwave, cooking utensils, and even some tupperware. The rear kitchen door leads to the laundry area with a new washer and dryer and access to the back of the house. Find a convenient 1/2 bathroom and coat closet between the bedroom(s) hallway and kitchen. Further down the hall, discover two bedrooms, a linen closet, and full bathroom. The primary suite, situated at the end of the hall, features a luxury private bathroom, and two closets are available in this room, with one currently serving as a kitchenette. (Owner will remove kitchenette upon request with lease agreements over three months) Additionally, the primary room boasts a private side entrance for added convenience.

Feel free to explore both indoor and outdoor spaces during your stay. Please note that the basement and detached garage are designated for the owner's exclusive use. (Owner will consider allowing use of the garage & basement for leases over 3 months)
