3 Bedroom, 3 Bath house with plenty of room inside and out! Sleeping space for 10 comfortably! All bedrooms have lake views! Kids will love the bunk room with their own TV and bathroom. Enjoy the large deck with beautiful views of the quiet cove. Newly built firepit with 3 swings, lights and power outlets will be your favorite spot! Go jump in the lake from the swim platform or walk in from the shore. Tie up your boat or jet ski on the outside of the boat slip. Adult and child Kayaks provided! Away from it all, but only minutes to Publix shopping area and restaurants. **PLEASE NOTE**WIFI SERVICE IS STARLINK, CAN BE SPOTTY AND IS NOT GUARANTEED! The house is fantastic. The bunk room is great for kids. The view and access of the lake is amazing. Bring bug spray! I loved that the house was on an inlet and the kids were able to float or kayak out without having to worry about boats.

Lake Getaway

What a lovely trip we had. This home is perfect for families and groups of all kinds. The beds were comfortable and there are multiple lounging areas around the property for the folks in your group to hang out. If you plan to do a lot of cooking, I would encourage you to bring your own tools as many within the rental could use updating. You'll also want to bring any other kitchen extras such as aluminum foil, plastic wrap, sandwich bags, etc. The host was extremely kind and did a great job communicating with me throughout our stay. I would certainly book here again in the future as this is definitely a hidden gem.

Great Lake getaway!

My husband and I stayed here with our adult children over a long weekend. Everything was fabulous!! Gorgeous location on a quiet cove, was great for just hanging out in the water and relaxing. It was fun to have the paddle board and kayaks available for our use, and there were plenty of life jackets if needed and pool noodles to use as well. The kitchen had everything we needed for simple meal prep, and we enjoyed using the grill and the deck dining table. The beds we used were comfortable and there were plenty of towels available for our use also. Nice big family room and dining table, which was nice for evening meals and games! We so enjoyed our lake time!! And the owner was very responsive to any questions we had!

We loved everything about this house. Upgrades were nice touch. We did not use the fire pit but loved the fact that they left us supplies for s'mores in case we decided to do that. Our family had an amazing time. Big living room and large dining room table help accommodate our family of six.

Girls family getaway.

The accommodations fit our group perfectly. Plenty of space for 7 adults. There was so much comfortable seating outdoors that we hardly spent anytime inside. The living room is very spacious to spend time indoors and still view the lake if one would like to do so. The yard and the view was amazing! We were visiting from Minnesota and rented a van that was helpful to visit fun eating establishments around the lake, a brewery, and do some shopping in downtown Mooresville which has a cute Main Street. As my niece stated “it far exceeded her expectations!” We would stay there again!

Fun on the Lake.

We enjoyed our family vacation at Lake Norman. The house is located in a great area and we loved being right in the lake. Service on phone was not great but wasn’t a big deal for our family because we spent time on the water and enjoying family time. House was clean and nicely stocked with everything you could need. Lot of great memories! Would definitely stay again!

This was our 5th year at Lake Norman and this house has absolutely the best location. Great outside recreation with different sitting areas. Super fast response of the owners. We would be honored to come back next year.

Lake vaca

We had a great family vacation at the lake. The house fit our needs perfectly. The large living room was great for the toddlers. We enjoyed eating our meals on the large closed in deck with the shade. Loved swinging down by the water. Boat dock was what we needed to tie off our pontoon. Quiet neighborhood and a quiet cove. Enjoyed Mountain Creek park to get in some pickle ball and the children to play. Thanks for answering all our questions quickly. Great vaca. Would stay here again.

Girls weekend!

College friends for 15 years and all got away for a girls weekend! We loved the house and utilized the lake to its fullest. The host was very responsive, and allowed us to check in early due to early flights. We loved it!!!

Great communication with Host!

Overall a great stay despite the crazy winter weather of Christmas 2022. My only feedback is that some of the bedroom furniture could use an upgrade for future guests comfort. Alana was a great host and did everything she could to ensure we were able to have a safe family Christmas.

Great lakefront family getaway property

Layout of the house is great. Back bedroom area is perfect for kids/teens who like to hang out together. There is a spacious great room with a large screen tv - perfect for everyone to watch a sports game or movie together. The house is definitely old, but it was generally clean and comfortable. We encountered some spiders in the bedrooms and mold on the shower door in the hallway bathroom. The bed in the (nonmaster) bedroom was a bit small and uncomfortable, but it was tolerable for a few nights. The kitchen is small, but the seating was good for two families. We spent a lot of time playing cards or board games at the dining room table. For us, the best feature of this property is the backyard. BBQ area with table, firepit area with generous seating,.deck and kayaks, and space in the yard to throw a football or frisbee. Very serene and picturesque.
