BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Great location. Took granddaughter to see ocean for first time. Unfortunately water was closed our entire stay but still had fun building sand castles and swimming in pool. Easy check in and plenty of things to do close by

Whaling in Spring Break 2024
We enjoyed the beautiful views from our balconies; one view of the beautiful beach and ocean and the other view of vacationers walking alongside the highway. The Whaler has its very own beach gate access that we loved. Nice accommodations with a well equipped kitchen

The elevator was not working and I had a wheelchair bound son that we had to carry up and down 5 flights of stairs. Not too happy about that.

Perfect for our first trip to Gulf Shores
We loved our stay in Gulf Shores and we were very happy with our condo.
We loved that the building was smaller so we didn’t have a long way to walk to the beach or go to the parking lot.
Our building was in a perfect spot to walk to a few restaurants or drive a few minutes to others, as well as just minutes from Gulf Shores National Park.
We loved our room and it had a beautiful view of the water & the beach. The rooms were spacious and clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more!
My only suggestion would be to install some hooks in the front hallway near the door. These would have been helpful for towels/keys etc.
The elevator gave us some stalling issues a few times and seemed like it could use a good update.
Overall we were pleased with our stay!

Do Not Rent
The only good thing I have to say is that the condo is very clean. This was the first family vacation we had had since we were little. The elevator was broken every single day at certain times of the day which meant that my parents were stuck in the condo on the 5th floor most days and could not go down to the beach with their grandkids. They had guys doing jackhammering 2 days in a row all day long which made it a very noisy condo. I will never rent from this place again and I have told all my friends on Facebook and the public not to. It was awful in this heat walking up and down all those steps. Let alone stressful for our vacation my parents not being able to enjoy it with us.

The room was clean. The view is amazing. The weather was on the colder side so being able to sit inside the room but still feel like you are on the beach was fantastic. Property management was quick to answer questions. Overall great stay.
