Close to Beaches. We are new to VRBO 5 Years Highly Ranked (Superhosts) on Other Platforms. This house was completely renovated in 2020, It has large spacious kitchen sub zero refrigerator and large living room. Full size Washer and Dryer & Appliances. The Living Room has a beautiful View of a Pond Beaming with Life, Turtles, Ducks, Egrets & Fish. The House sits by itself on a very large cul-de-sac. Private back yard with a privacy Fence and Pond, for your use. (No shared areas.) Guests say pictures do not do this unit justice.

NOTE: This house has a mothers in law suite it is separate and has its own AC, Bathroom Ect. The two can be rented out together.

super clean with great fridge and air conditioning. view of the pond and its turtles and fish is charming. so close to beaches. excellent communication with owner. needs a few more small spoons but otherwise had everything we needed. thank you.

This house was clean, comfortable and easy to use as my home base. The refrigerator, freezer, stove, whole kitchen were great. I was minutes from the beach, Lover’s Key and the main downtown road of of 41.

Winter Get away

Perfect location to visit friends in Ft Myers and Marco Island. The house was 100% what we were expecting from what was shown on the listing. We look forward to staying here again the next time we are in the area. We so enjoyed our stay!

Good place to stay as it is short drive to beach in Bonita. It is really for 4 adults and maybe two kids to sleep on pullout. Kitchen and other areas are nice.

Home was nicely finished. It struck us odd that a nice Vrbo like this would cut costs in such odd ways. The toilet paper was institutional grade. No tissues. No wash cloths. No toiletries, except for two tiny bars of soap that smelled of bug spray. If you want my feedback, raise your rental price as needed to do some nicer small things of the sort I mentioned. We’ve stayed at many Vrbo properties, and typically seen these types of amenities.Your property is very nice and we enjoyed our stay, but my tush my take a week to recover from that TP!

Bonita Springs Trip

We booked this house for our grandson's soccer tournament in Naples. The house was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable to stay in. We enjoyed sitting on the deck with our coffee in the morning or enjoying a beverage prior to dinner. It was also nice to stay inside when it was raining or just a little too warm outside, where we could view the pond and watch a movie. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this home.

Comforts of home

The pictures shown are very accurate. The home appears to be recently renovated on the inside. It was very nicely furnished and the kitchen was well appointed. The location at the end of a cul de sac was centrally located to beaches, restaurants, shops and golf courses. Communication with the hosts was excellent; they were very accommodating. We would definitely consider staying there again when we return to the area.

Pros and Cons

Kitchen well stocked with all that was needed. High quality appliances and living area was comfortable with plenty of seating. Beautiful floors however scatter rugs had potential of falling do to sliding. Could have used more towels in bathroom. New coffee pot would help.

Bonita Springs is a sleepy town growing into the next Naples....like it or not. LOL. We have friendships with lots of local native Floridians. We love the beach access and the closeness to everything we need. We chose Florida for the sunshine and here for the Sunny Climate.

Most of our property has water access for kayaking, boating or paddleboarding. All our inventory is kept up pretty good, we are contractors and our approach has been to buy fully renovate and put on short term rentals. And keep up with the maintenance as needed. Our properties are special in a way, we own and operate a demolition business here called Remove It Pros Inc. We repurpose a large amount of perfectly good items heading to the dump through our day to day operations of the demolition business, we rescue stuff most demo companies around here put into the dumpsters. The vast majority of the furniture and Kitchen Cabinets, Vanities, Shower Doors, Countertops, Decorations, Kitchen Utensils and Appliances are repurposed from our Reuse It Pros Warehouse over at 28381 Race Track Rd in Bonita Springs
