Welcome to Peachy Paradise!! This completely renovated three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath beach cottage is ready for you! The downstairs interior has luxury flooring, a comfortable living space with a dining area, a smart TV with streaming capability, a powder room, and all-new coastal décor. A galley-style kitchen features brand-new stainless steel appliances, an oversized pantry closet, and granite countertops and is equipped for all your cooking needs. You will also find a primary suite with a private bathroom, oversized closet, and a smart TV.

Making your way upstairs, you will find another main suite complete with a walk-in closet and a beautifully tiled bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and jetted bathtub. Across the hall is another room perfect for the younger family members, with four bunk beds and many fun games. Another bathroom is off the bunk room, which includes a full washer/dryer. Last but not least, this fantastic getaway includes central air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout the home.

The home's exterior boasts a private fenced oasis with a new private in-ground pool, tranquility hot tub/spa, and outside seating area with ceiling fans and four poolside lounge chairs. Don't forget the front porch, where you can sit on the rocking chairs outside at night, listening to the waves crashing on the beach. The neighborhood is very safe and the neighbors are friendly. There is also a covered carport and four parking spots included on the property.

Once you are ready to leave this beauty, walk a few minutes down the street to the beach. Beach toys, beach chairs, and towels are included for your stay. There is so much to do within walking distance, including a community park with a skateboard ramp, restaurants, and the Pier Village is a quick bike ride. Within a 20-minute radius, explore St. Simons Lighthouse, Summer Waves Water Park, Fort Frederica National Monument, Red Fern Village, Jekyll Island, the Home of Driftwood Beach, and the Sea Turtle Sanctuary.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
