Our unique coastal farmhouse-style home with a modern and organic design is centrally located on Saint Simons Island to shops, restaurants, and nightlife!
The fully fenced in backyard has a beautiful salt water pool, surrounded by a tree canopy, 4 pool chairs, yard games, and a gas grill, ready for family fun in sun. A wall of glass doors, invites guests into our open living space with a gas remote stone fireplace, smart tv with sound bar, and unique white leather reclining couch. Our backyard is regularly treated for mosquitos to make for an even more relaxing atmosphere. The glass door is also has an air curtain to help you cool off on a hot day. Opening up to the kitchen, fully equipped, with a gas range, traditional coffee pot, and whole house water softener. There is plenty of seating for the whole family with 8 chairs and 3 bar stools, on the island. Also located in the main living space is the washer and dryer behind modern barn doors.
The first bedroom is located at the front of the home, with a queen bed, smart tv, and ensuite bath, which has a modern glass shower and floating vanity with ornate floor tiles. The second bedroom (Marine Room) is off the living room with a queen bed, smart tv and a closet with a barn door. In the hall is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, porthole mirror and farmhouse flare. The master bedroom (Green Room) is across the hall with a king bed, smart tv, access to pool, and an ensuite bath, which has a standing glass shower and a skylight.
Located only 5 minutes (1.5 miles) from the beach, this is a great property to spend a quiet and relaxing vacation at the beach!
Pool: This is a commercial grade pool with built-in step for easy entrance and exit. The pool is approximately 32'x16' and 3' in the shallow end and 8' in the deep end. The pool does not have the ability to be heated!
Pet Friendly: 1 dog under 50lbs, for $150 fee.
Plane enthusiasts delight! This home is in the flight path of the SSI airport so you will get to see an occasional plane overhead.
