There is also a twin-sized floor mattress that can be placed on top of the sofa bed (futon) for extra comfort, or in the third bedroom for an additional sleeper.

There is no daily housekeeping service, but if you'd like the place cleaned during your stay, cleaning can be arranged for a fee.
We provide some essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive: dish sponge, dish detergent, trash bags in all trash cans, toilet paper, hand soap, and shampoo. If you run out, feel free to check the closet for more of what you need. If not there, then you'll need to purchase what you need. There’s a pharmacy one block east (Jean Coutu).
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

The location of this property is great! Very central to local shops and restaurants. Very lively in the summer time because they close off the street to cars. And a block away from the Metro!The unit itself was a great base for our family of 9, which included 2 kids under 5 running around. The stairs to get to the unit was a bit steep, as is most houses in Montreal it seems, so a little tricky to haul up luggages, strollers, etc. The host was very responsive and I was happy to work with them.

We loved this apartment- literally steps to shops/restaurants/bars and the couche-tard that is open 24/7 which was awesome as we arrived at 1 am and needed snacks and drinks. I loved having the washer and dryer in the unit. One block from the train, it was so convenient! Kitchen was well stocked and updated, had everything we needed. Bathrooms were perfect, A/C in every room. No complaints, would highly recommend!!

This was a very nice apartment in a great neighborhood. It is close to the Metro, restaurants, shops and a grocery. Despite being on a major street, it is reasonably quiet. This is a great apartment in a great location. So many restaurants, shops, cafes, and bars with easy access to supermarkets and the metro.
