Bell'mare ist italienisch für "schönen See" und das wird Ihren Blick von diesem wunderbaren drei Schlafzimmer, drei Badezimmer Villa am Strand zu sein. Das Haus liegt mit Blick auf Dawn Beach, einem der schönsten Strände der Insel. Bell'mare ist das einzige Haus in der Wohnanlage von Dawn Beach Estates, die einen direkten Zugang zum Strand und nur ein paar Schritte entfernt hat, ist der weiße Sand der Karibik.

Diese Villa wurde im Januar 2004 abgeschlossen und wurde mit Urlauber konzipiert. Die speziell angefertigten Küche ist komplett versorgt und verfügt über Edelstahl-Geräte, die die Hartholz-Mobiliar zu beglückwünschen. Die Möbel sind fast ausschließlich importiert Teak und Mahagoni aus Indonesien mit einiger Rattan als auch. Interessante Kunstwerk und Keramik können in jedem Zimmer finden. All des Holzes in der Villa - die Türen, Decken, Schränke, Treppen und Geländer - aus Südamerika importiert Hartholz.

Die Zimmer wurden entworfen, gleich sein, so ist das Haus ideal für mehrere gemeinsam reisende Paare. Ein Schlafzimmer befindet sich auf der Hauptwohnebene der Villa und öffnet sich zum Pool-Deck. Die anderen beiden Schlafzimmer sind eine halbe Treppe und eine halbe Flug unten auf. Jeder von ihnen hat eine eigene Terrasse. Alle Schlafzimmer haben Kingsize-Betten, Klimaanlage und große eigene Badezimmer mit Stein Duschen.

Unvergleichliche Aussicht auf das Meer im Überfluss von allen Zimmern in der Villa. Von der Innen Wohnfläche Beenden durch große Glasschiebetüren auf die überdachte Galerie mit Gastgarten und Wohnräume rund um den Pool-Bereich. Der große Pool mit Blick auf Dawn Beach mit Teakholzliegen umgebenden auf der Sonnenterrasse. Zwei Stufen von der Sonnenterrasse gelangen Sie auf die überdachten Pavillon mit Liegen bringen zum Entspannen in den Schatten. Eine Treppe von der überdachten Galerie führt hinunter zum Rand des Wassers. Mit einer herrlichen Aussicht und dem Strand so nah ist Bell'mare die perfekte Strandvilla zum richtigen Preis für Ihren Urlaub!

The villa is in a great location with direct access to Dawn Beach, which ended up being one of our favorite beaches on the island - no crowds, clear water. Easy to drive to Orient Beach and Grand Case from the villa. Villa is nicely setup - rooms are spacious, pool was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Bell'Mare getaway

The property was as advertised and couldn't have been nicer. There were three couples and we each had our own bedroom with bathroom and then there were the many common areas that we all enjoyed. There were a few minor problems, but between Paul and Roger they were quickly resolved. A bit tricky to get to but well worth the drive. I think that we would all highly recommend Bell'Mare to anyone looking for a wonderful time in St. Maarten.

FANTASTIC VACATION!

Just got home from an AMAZING week! The home is a perfect set up with a bedroom on each floor. All bathrooms have a private bathroom. Each room has an incredible view. Home is well stocked with kitchen items and even pool towels. The washer and dryer were a nice added bonus. It’s important to note the there is not an air conditioner in the main living areas (kitchen, dining, and living room). However, the air units in the bedrooms were awesome. Had to call and have maintenance address a few minor things, but they fixed ASAP. Being in a gated community was a plus as well. Direct beach access was so nice. Pool was also relaxing. We will definitely be back!

Indoor and outdoor furniture was comfortable and plentiful. We spent most of your time outside enjoying the gorgeous weather relaxing on the very large outdoor space. Pool was the perfect depth (and size) to cool off and relax. Kitchen was very well equipped. Beds were comfortable and King sized. AC in the bedrooms was good, and you definitely needed it to sleep. We were surprised the main living space was not air conditioned, but it didn’t seem to matter with the breeze coming through. Lenka was a pleasure to work with for the booking, Alice was very nice and welcoming at the airport, Paul was very responsive for any maintenance issues, the house cleaner was thorough, and Victoria was great at following up after the trip was over. Only a few hundred feet over to the Westin for casinos, restaurants, concierge assistance, whatever. We love to cook, so we actually BBQ’d on the patio almost every night; decent grill. Fresh fish from the downtown fisherman’s market or from Le Grand Marche’. Would definitely go back.

Overall, the house worked out well, but I would not return or recommend to others- Pros: -besutiful view of Dawn Beach -all rooms were very spacious -maid service every day -laundry on site -handy man was very prompt to fix things -property management was very nice and helpful -pool -outdoor space -steps to the beach Cons: -cockroaches -ants -appliances (except laundry) need repair/updating -Dawn Beach is pretty far from anything else on the island. Plan to rent a car and be in it for 2+ hours per day if visiting other beaches

The maid service was above and beyond expected, thanks! The gift basket upon arrival was a nice surprise. The view and location was as I expected,and it is necessary to have a car to get anywhere except for The Westin. We did walk over there to eat one night and it was very good food. The pool was a little cooler than I like it, but they may have recently changed the water...not sure, but it was a minor inconvenience since we were out and about most of the time enjoying the many different beaches. I would recommend this villa and Remax Island Property Rentals for your vacation.

The house was far larger than the pictures make it appear and the location was better than any other. ac units worked well, house cleaning (Lilly) was great, Paul the property manager was prompted when we had a slight Internet issue. While I did not see the Gardner or pool man all week long and the bushes leading down to the beach where slightly overgrown, the house experience was better than expected. The house was fully equipped with everything one would need. Iron, new utensils, cell phone to contact management and local calls. I plan on staying at this location again in the future. Daniel

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After missing 2 days of vacation due to a blizzard, we were anxious to spend time at Bell'Mare in St. Martin. Josette was very accomodating in changing our arrival plans multiple times due to changes from cancelled flights. The house was fully functioning except for bleeding of the gas line to light the stove as the house had been empty for some time. On the second night we were unable to use the gas grill as the connection from the tank was leaking. Once notified, the rental agency had someone come in first thing the next morning to replace the tank. We rented the house 3 years ago and everything was the same from the leaky toilet in the upstairs bedroom to the coffee maker. This is still the best and only beach front location with DIRECT access to Dawn beach. Very pleasant accomodations that I would highly recommend. We will probably be back in a year or two.

The doors to the bedrooms do need the bottoms planed (they rub the floor badly and make a lot of noise). There was confusion with the car rental directions, but it all worked out. Thankfully Cynthia found us and took us to the house. The view and beach access as great. We loved the open beach front of the house and the We will return to St. Maaten and would rent this property again.

Bell Mare Rip Off

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although the villa was lovely (notwithstanding a poorly equipped kitchen and an anti infestation)and had a gorgeous view, it had difficult roads to access it, the beach access was tricky and worst of all we were robbed on our last night by someone with keys - there was no forced entry. We had everything locked in the safe except was could not fit. It was an inside job, nothing belonging to the villa was taken. We even lost power cords but not the power cord for the villa cell phone. We're wondering now why the property mgmt decided to call the police on Monday and not immediately? Will the police or homeowner know about this theft and scam? It's supposedly a safe, gated community, so who but someone known could come in during a 2 hour time span on a Friday night? They waited until our last night to make sure that our guard was down and our purchases the greatest. Too bad for them that they only got a password protected laptop. I wouldn't recommend this island to anyone.
