This second floor/end unit villa is truly beautiful! The villa is bright and airy as natural light flows in from the floor to ceiling windows. The living room features brand new furniture including: sofas, including a sleeper sofa with upgraded memory foam mattress, large coffee table and a 65" TV. Villa Ardea provides enough seating for all of your family and friends. In the evening, relax and make it a movie night. The TVs throughout this villa have Roku Streaming and Direct TV in HD. Lux Speed WiFi is also available for this condo and throughout the property at no additional charge. On that rare cloudy day, friends and family can gather around and play one of the many board games and activities provided. Step out onto your balcony from the living space and enjoy your coffee and croissant on the main balcony while watching the turtles and fish in the large pond right outside your living room & main bedroom door, there's plenty of seating for everyone!

The kitchen is bright, clean, and modern and very well equipped so you can enjoy cooking a gourmet meal or a quick lunch, breakfast, or an on-the-go snack. The kitchen features new appliances, quartz countertops, pantry and new lighting throughout. The kitchen also features a Keurig coffee machine with a stocked coffee bar. The breakfast bar has 3 barstools and the dining table seats 6. Enjoy your meals in the villa if you don't feel like going out! The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and baking. The washer and dryer are located in the kitchen area for your convenience.

The Shores Main Suite features a king size bed (brand new bed and mattress) with high thread count luxury bed linens. You'll love having your own 55" TV and direct access to the balcony from your bedroom sliding door. As you walk into the main bath you will find an elegant tiled walk-in shower to rinse off a "hard day" at the beach and spacious double vanity area. This bathroom has brand new tile, sinks and vanities, toilet, and lighting. The main bathroom also offers fluffy high-quality bathroom towels.

The Soft Sands Guest Bedroom features two queen size beds (brand new beds and mattresses) with two separate closets (one for personal items and one stocked with beach gear) and a second balcony of its very own. You have your own TV in this bedroom as well. The Guest Bathroom is adjacent to this bedroom with a tub-shower combo and a single vanity. This bathroom features brand new tile, tub, toilet, vanity and lighting.

Parking is available throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. One parking pass is included with your vacation rental. Additional passes can be purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.
