This property is perfectly located. We were visiting family in New Albany and attending ball games in Louisville. The home is close to shops and restaurants and entertainment. The neighborhood is quiet. The home was exceptionally clean and just as described. We stayed 6 nights and this will be our go to home when we visit the area again.

Great place! Absolutely will stay there again!

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was super clean and loved the decorations. The house was perfect for our needs and we found lots of great places to eat at as well in New Albany. Its location was very convenient to get to downtown Louisville. Loved being able to relax in such a warm and inviting space. Owners were very helpful with questions and suggestions for dining places.

Nice Getaway

The house is in a quiet neighborhood just a stones throw away from several stores and food options. Downtown Louisville was a quick trip. Overall an excellent experience. The owners were very nice to deal with.

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our stay. We were visiting family and meeting our first great granddaughter. Everyone could come on their own schedule. It was a wonderful place to stay. Then neighborhood was in a perfect location my husband is a disabled veteran and the housr was as could be expected. He could get aroun. We highly recommend this house.

Perfect quiet getaway

The owner was so amazing. Checkin process was so easy. Perfect location in New Albany, near plenty of food, drinks, and shops, and a water park in the summer! The rental was perfect, it was so quiet and clean. Felt like a home away from home. My husband and i enjoyed our stay and plan to stay again when we plan our next weekend visit with our adult kids!

Cold and water lines in bathroom sink were reversed.Bath towels and wash cloths were poor quality. Really needed two towels to dry off well.We happen to travel with clothes hangars. What was provided were wire hangars and a mismatch of garbage hangars. Only 8 in each closet. Pedal on kitchen garbage can is broken.The bare bulb in tv room is missing the cover.

A nice house with more than i actually expected. Extra linens and even soap for washing machine. Kitchen has basic needs for cooking cleaning and refrigeration. I am one to normally bring my own cooking supplies like my favorite knife and board and pan, but these are also supplied. Keurig coffee maker also there. Utensils and plates and even a dishwasher. I actually felt a little spoiled with that!
