offers the most incredible views of Topsail Island, boasts sweeping views of Topsail Island. The private balcony offers the perfect place to watch time go by.
Picture yourself, sitting on your balcony, sipping your morning coffee, while dolphins are playing in the surf, or the shrimp boats are going by catching what could be your evening dinner.
When was the last time you saw a squadron of pelicans tipping their wings in the surf.
Master Bath is appointed with a raised vanity, picture frame mirror, luxury vinyl plank floors, new light fixture, and fiber glass shower with oversized shower head.
The kitchen features smooth top electric range with built in microwave hood, dishwasher . The living room has been upgraded with a new Bellingham pull out couch with a queen bed featuring a premium mattress with gel foam technology, a new wicker chair with cushions.
The 7th floor has a restaurant with sweeping views to the horizon.IT is under new ownership and will be open in May 2026. It is the highest point on the island. It is all glass with the most incredible views . There is also a pub on the 1st floor of bldg. 1 and also a snack bar by the pool for your convenience.
There is also a full workout room with a changing room and full sauna.
There are 3 elevators in your building as well as a trash shoot on each floor.
There is a short walk from your condo to an incredible beach. Extra beach gear can be rented and delivered to your condo. Your manager can help you arrange it. There is even an area just north of you where you can drive and picnic on the beach. (4 Wheel Drive only) Sleeps 6
There is a main pool between Bldg. 2 and Building 3. There is also a covered ,heated pool between Bldg. 2 and 3.

This was a very inviting and cozy condo in an extremely well cared for complex. I have stayed in many vacation condo rentals on the Island and this is definitely one of the best.

We had a lovely time in this condo. The owner was very responsive to us before we arrived with questions we had. The condo was nicely decorated, tidy, and had all we needed for our stay. The building amenities include new charging spots for cars that we used and the pool and short walk to the beach were just great. We had a wonderful time!

We had an amazing time here. It was our first time to topsail. The host was very easy to talk to and he helped with everything we asked. The place was very nice and cozy. I loved that even though it wasnt oceanfront but it still had a beautiful view on the balcony of the ocean. Enjoyed having coffee and watching the sunset. Had everything you need for vacation. The property was also wonderful. The pools were great and great access to beach. Would love to stay again.

Clean but dated property in need of a good scrub of the decorations. Small space would benefit from less going on. Linen delivery was adequate, towels were old and not fresh. Note there is zero cabinet space if you bring in groceries. With all that said, we loved St Regis- the restaurants, pool, gym were all good.

Memorial Day weekend

I planned a senior trip with my daughter for the holiday weekend. Decided to see if we could add an extra day, and the owner helped us do so. He was very easy to communicate with, the unit looked just as pictured, was very clean, and even had some beverages in the fridge for us once we got there! The condo was a perfect location with everything we needed right there for us. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great week. The condo is very small with only a couch to sit on besides the dining chairs. But it was okay as we spent most of our time on the beach.

The condo itself was nice. The gardens, walk areas, outside of pool area were terrible with trash, fencing and mounds of mulch to be spread. The workers replaced grills but left the old grills laying around. Plants ready to be planted but died because no one watered. Lastly, the pier was newly built but was poor in quality. I can’t believe an inspector would ok that shabby construction.

The condo is right on the beach. The pool area was a decent size. The bedroom didn't have any air conditioning so had to use a small fan we found under the sink to circulation air from the living room. The screen door was extremely dirty. The place over all was cute and accommodating for our stay. Had a few mishaps with getting the information to check-in but was able to reach the host immediately.

The unit was comfortable enough for 2 adults. I loved having 2 bathrooms and that is why I chose this listing. Ocean view was as advertised. Blackout curtains in the bedroom would have been helpful. There was too much brick-a-brack for my taste and it took up space in the small unit. Kitchen was missing a corkscrew and we forgot ours so had to run to the store. A colander for draining pasta would have been helpful as well. Otherwise the kitchen was modern and well stocked with dishes and silverware so we only had to run the dishwasher every other day. The outdoor pool is nice but was closed 2 out of the 5 days we were there, without explanation.North Topsail beach is very residential, making for a peaceful beach trip. Although there weren't many people there, our stretch of the beach is quite narrow at high tide.

This property is located in one of the oldest condominium properties on N. Topsail Beach. The best thing about the property is the location. The property needs a major update. The unit sits over the area where the trash chute is located, so trash or garage was the first thing I smelled when I walked in. The door lock worked after 15 tries to lock it on our second day and stopped working completely on the last day. This was incredibly frustrating as we had reservations for dinner and not being able to secure the door and ultimately your belongings was concerning. The unit is small and isn’t being cleaned properly between rentals. The pillows on the bed were badly stained - no protectors were on the pillows or the mattress. The bathroom rugs were wet and musty - I actually put them the washer to eliminate the smell in the main bedroom. I also cleaned the bed spread from the main room as it was wet and musty folded across the bed. No battery in the smoke detector located in the living room area. If you are on a budget and cleanliness isn’t your first priority, this is the perfect place. The description by the property and their use of appropriate cleaning agents for disinfectant is not accurate. The previous cleaning technicians left the pillows from the sofa on the floor and a bottle of Windex - relabeled to read general cleaning agent sitting in the middle of the floor. The PM was very responsive and allowed a late check out of noon on our last day without hesitation.

Come twice a year to St regis, love it. However, the room we just stayed in, i think the door number lock to get in might need batteries, it was a struggle to get in the two days we were there when we would punch the code in. Other then that every thing was great like always.
