Family stay

Great location, very clean, and very friendly staff who were always quick to respond. We walked across the street to Schlitterbahn, and conveniently floated the river from the resort. It was about a 45 minute-1 hour float which was perfect for our family. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again!

We came for a quick weekend getaway just myself, my husband and our 16 year old daughter and it was great! We crammed every thing in less than two days - floating the Comal, shopping and dining in Gruene, and even Schlitterbahn! It was a whirlwind but great weekend and the condo was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. Being able to jump in the Comal right on the property and float was nice and the walk back was super short and easy- plus having tubes in the condo ready to go was awesome! We were mostly only in the condo to sleep but it was nice and clean and like I said the BEST location to everything. We would definitely rent this one again!

Right on the river!

The property was perfect and right on the river with its own access to the Comal. We enjoyed being super close to the water park as well! My daughter left her blanket and the team was able to find it and send it back. We’re very thankful for the helpful staff. See you next year!

Very convenient location

The description of the property and how to float was one of the things that sold us on booking. The float actually lasted double or more of what was expected (45-60min). The location to downtown was also convenient that we were able to walk there as well. The property felt safe. Only negatives were the size of the balcony, the parking was tight - it was nice to have an assigned spot though.

The stove went on the fritz…beeping and no oven Cooktop worked fine. The fold out cot was not usable…missing springs or springs would not stay hooked. Location to Schlitterbahn and the Comal are a plus.

Our stay

Easy access to water. Clean home. Hosts were prompt to answer any questions. The only thing negative is the vulnerability we felt to access the property. Limited space, must wear a wristband. A little more info prior to coming in would have been helpful. It might have been there I just didn't pay attention to it. But overall a fabulous place to stay.

Set up an air mattress in the living area for our 5th adult guest. Plenty of room. Nice balcony with plenty of shade and can see the river. The bathrooms are modern and clean as well. It has an adequate living and dining area. It features two bedrooms with comfortable beds. It is in a great location across the street from the Schlitterbahn and a short walk to downtown. Our stay this year was short due to covid-19 but we would stay in this unit again.

We are sorry for any misunderstanding during your booking process. The unit does sleep a maximum of 6 people with the sleeping arrangement stating "2 Queens, 1 Cot & 1 Twin on couch. Maximum Occupancy 6." The queens sleep 2 each, 1 person on the cot, and one person on the couch which adds up to 6 max.
