Welcome to Midtown Modern- step inside to see our colorful and chic home. Our main living area features large windows, plush seating, and a Smart TV. When you're not indulging in Fayetteville's awesome food scene, you'll be able to whip up your favorite dishes in our fully stocked kitchen and dine in our cozy booth dining space. Downstairs, you'll find our game room complete with a large sectional, Smart TV, electronic game table, and a wet bar!



In the back yard, enjoy the fresh air by utilizing the grill, outdoor dining space, or the hammocks!



When it is time to turn in for the night choose between our 3 bedrooms:

(1) The primary suite features a King bed, closet and dresser space, and a nearby bathroom.

(2) The second bedroom has a King bed, closet and dresser space, and a nearby bathroom.

(3) The third bedroom has a Queen bed, closet and dresser space, and a nearby bathroom.



Guest Access:

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

Located a few minutes from Fayetteville favorites like 'Crisis Brewery', 'Feed and Folly', the Fayetteville Town Square, and more!



Getting Around:

Located nearby the downtown square and the U of A. Public Transit, bike trail access, and ride share available.



Other Things to Note:

★ Not pet-friendly.

★ Access to the house requires climbing a flight of stairs, either from the street to the front door or from the carport to the patio. Guests with mobility or accessibility concerns should consider this when booking.



House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.

- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
