Welcome to Hog Haus - our newly-built, Razorback-centric home in South Fayetteville! Enjoy luxury amenities and plenty of living space for EIGHT people. After a long day out in NWA, curl up on the couch for a good movie, whip up a meal in our fully-stocked kitchen or challenge your crew to a friendly game of Mr. Pac Man on our gaming console.

The Space:
Located in a bustling, up-and-coming neighborhood in South Fayetteville, our home is within TWO miles of EVERYTHING our city has to offer. The Fayetteville Square, Dickson Street, the Entertainment District and restaurants like Arsaga's at the Mill and Feed & Folly are just 0.5 miles from the house - you can easily walk there in minutes. And if you're looking to catch a game at the Razorback Stadium, you can travel just two miles up the road!

At home, enjoy our recently updated amenities that include plush robes, extra linens, and more kitchenware for your crew!

The Space:

Upon entering our home, you'll immediately see the stairs leading up to our second floor. If you turn to the left, you'll enter into our open-concept living, dining and kitchen area! Immediately to the right, you'll see our main lounge area. This space is complete with a huge sectional, two plush leather lounge chairs, a desk area, a two-top table with barstools and a 70-inch Vizio Smart TV. Take a look in the entertainment center and you'll find board and card games.

Directly behind the living room, you'll see our 6-top dining table. This cozy space is perfect for communal dining, great conversation and board games with your crew. Behind that, you'll see our fully-stocked kitchen! In the center of this space, you'll see our butcher block island with two barstools. In the kitchen, you'll have access to amenities such as a Keurig, high-end appliances and plenty of built-in storage. You'll also have access to a large glass door leading out to the side of the house.

If you head upstairs, you'll enter into our secondary living area, which is complete with a leather couch, our Mr. Pac Man 2 player machine and a 50-inch Hisense Roku TV.

When it's time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our three private rooms. (1) Our Primary bedroom is complete with a King-size bed, closet, 55-inch TCL Roku TV and stunning en suite bath. (2) Our second bedroom has a Queen sized bunk bed that sleeps 4 people with a closet, 50-inch Hisense Roku TV and shared bath. (3) Our third bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet and shared bath. (4) An Queen-sized air mattress can be found in the upstairs bedroom closet.

In our 1-car garage, you'll find bike racks, a bike work station and a bike wash station - the perfect place to keep your bike in ship-shape before hitting the trails! 

If you're looking to experience Fayetteville like a local, venture just 0.5 miles outside the front door! The Fayetteville Square, Dickson Street, the Entertainment District and restaurants like Arsaga's at the Mill, Crisis Brewing and Feed & Folly are just STEPS away.

Guest Access:
Guest Access and Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay.

House Rules Strictly Enforced:
Parties that result in disturbances, property damage, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1000.
Pets discovered at the property without prior notice will incur a fine of $400.
Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
