There is also a covered game area for enjoying ping pong and foosball. Resort community pool is two houses away.Plenty of parking with private off-street concrete pad parking for five vehicles and area to park to clear driveway for games.Upon arrival, use a keyless entry to access the ground floor which features a mud room with storage, a daybed, mini fridge, and microwave. There is an elevator for bringing in suitcases, groceries or for those not wanting or able to take the stairs. Home is tastefully filled with beach themed decor with views of water at every turn. Home comes complete with new flooring, new carpeting on stairs and blinds throughout. On second floor enjoy a well- appointed kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, including an oversized fridge with two ice makers. There are numerous small kitchen appliances including, Keurig, regular coffee pot, toaster and toaster oven, waffle maker, blender and griddle. Plenty of dish, glass and flatware for your family's dining pleasure. Kitchen has oversized pantry, two sinks, counter with barstools and a large dining area that takes advantage of views from every seat. King bedroom on first floor has amazing ocean views and direct access to deck which leads to private walkway and crossover to beach. Bedroom has interior access to full bath which it shares with hall. Twin trundle bed in hall can serve as two extra sleeping or lounging space as it has full access to bath and deck and tv- Perfect for teens or grandparents wanting their own space for tv viewing. There is a queen bedroom with ensuite bath with sound views - perfect for guests wanting quiet. First floor has two half baths separated by pocket doors that lead to full tub and shower combo. Soundside twin room sleeps two with a sound view. Room can also be made into twin at time of booking, discuss with owner.Oceanside bunk room sleeps three as it is a twin over a full bed.Room has excellent views and direct access to deck and walkway. Second floor layout is perfect as adults can be on same floor but sleeping on different sides of house and having separate bathrooms. Owners strive to provide a relaxing vacation filled with recreational activities. Outdoor features multiple decks for viewing ocean and relaxing on two polywood swings. An outdoor oversized shower and changing room greets you as you step off of the beach. There is table seating and a gas grill on ground floor, beach chairs (8)and umbrellas (2) are provided and kept in carport. Outdoor beach toys and boogie boards are provided for use during yours stay. Beach deck has Polywood furnishings and a sail cover to protect when you don't want so much sun but want to take in the view. The “ Wonder of You" is minutes away from the town recreational park where you can play tennis, pickleball, enjoy a children’s playground or take a walk on the Soundside walking path. A short drive over bridge brings you to the town of Sneads Ferry where there is shopping and dining. Visit North Shore Country Club which is open to public for golf or to practice at the driving range, putt and chip and/or play nine or18 holes of golf a mile and a half away.Home sits parallel to Island road which leads to the towns of Surf City and Topsail beach to the south. There you can visit a turtle museum, missile museum and various happenings at Soundside park. Shop, dine or explore. Rent bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, jet skis and boats or take a fishing charter. There is always something to do on Topsail Island
Elevator requires a $350.00 fully refundable security deposit. Guests must read lease and signs posted in elevator for use. If elevator company comes for an issue that the guest caused, fee will not be returned but paid to Port City Elevators. Home is not ADA compliant as private beach crossover does not have a ramp up or down to beach.
