This home has undergone a complete renovation, has been professionally decorated with new furniture, appliances, mattresses, linens...even the silverware!

Families and friends can enjoy the looking out at the ocean each morning with coffee and the two oceanfront decks are a great place to enjoy a cocktail at sunset. There's plenty of space to spread out with the open concept and five bedrooms. The first floor master has a king bed and its own bath. The four bedrooms upstairs are set up Jack 'n Jill style with two bedrooms each sharing a bath in the middle. One king bedroom and one queen bedroom are both oceanfront. The other twin bedroom and bedroom with bunk beds and a trundle face the sound. Every bedroom has it's own flat screen/smart TV. In addition to all of the benefits with the Smart TV, there's also Direct TV hooked up for each bedroom. Puzzles, games and books are available for those rainy days or you can set up a game of cornhole in the covered garage. And, a large and private outdoor shower can help with getting all the sand off from a fun filled day at the beach.

Great NC coast getaway

Wonderful family vacation

My extended family and I had a wonderful time in North Topsail Beach. We were a group of 7 and the house was more than perfect for all of us. Our Second Stay!

There aren’t too many places that would return to a second time. This home is perfect for families and very well supplied. The beds are exceptionally comfy. It’s very private, safe and the beach is right there in your backyard. Shannon has been accommodating and quick to answer questions….all in all, the perfect getaway.

This property has become an annual tradition for my family. The beach barn is absolutely perfect for a relaxing getaway. The home is meticulously designed for comfort and function. Everything was perfect!

It has a great view and the access to the beach was private and convenient. It was clean with lots of room and the appliances and devices were up to date. Even though it mostly rained the whole weekend we were there, we really enjoyed our stay. It was actually one of the best places we have stayed in Topsail. Hope to come back again soon!

Beautiful home!

We have stayed here for several years and love our time here. The location is great on a quiet part of the beach. Shannon has thought of everything with the renovation of her home, and truly wants guests to enjoy their vacation. I look forward every year to morning coffee on the deck watching the sun rise and listening to the surf. It’s a perfect getaway!

The Beach Barn is perfectly convenient for us to go pier fishing. The house and amenities were great. The things I would suggest is the up keep of the back lawn and maybe overhead cover for the back porch. Great place overall!!!

Beachbarn was a fantastic home that housed 2 families (4adults 4 girls). Shannon was incredible to work with and was attentive to questions leading up and during our stay. Location was very private and easy beach access. Beds were very comfortable and the house was so cozy. Plenty of room to spread out. Fluffy new towels in all bathrooms and water temp and pressure was on point! We all took advantage of the two decks on both levels each day. The kitchen had everything we needed for our range of meals. Highly recommend Topsail Steamers- (southern boil).

Watched red moon rise over ocean from deck.
Easy stroll to pier. Kids could walk to get icecream nightly.
