We'd love for you to consider our beach house as the perfect choice for a family vacation, with 6 BEDROOMS, 4.5 BATHS, ELEVATOR, POOL, HOT TUB, and spacious enough for 13. Enjoy your coffee and see the ocean from any of our three ocean facing decks (two of them privately attached to King, Master BR Suites). Or take in the sunset from one of the three sound view decks.

Watch the kids play on the PRIVATE ACCESS BEACH, just a quick 90 steps away from the front door. Or splash in the oceanfront community POOL, reserved just for Villas residents and tenants. The pool is a Villas By The Sea community pool maintained by the HOA. Our community pool is open Apr 1 - Oct 31 and is now heated to approximately 80°F (weather permitting) in April, May, September, and October for your enjoyment.

When you arrive, our parking easily fits 6 cars, with two inside a large garage - still leaving plenty of room to store beach/pool gear. Use our 4-floors ELEVATOR to effortlessly unload your luggage and groceries and settle into one of the 6 bedrooms.

You'll be delighted by the high quality construction details in our home - not frequently found in rental properties. 9 foot ceilings, granite countertops throughout, new, stainless steel appliances, an open top floor layout that seamlessly flows from the kitchen to the dining area (with seating for 10), to the large living room, leading to a spacious deck with a HOT TUB - and great ocean views.

6 large bedrooms await, perfect for families and friends. Our home sleeps 15, with options that include 2 kings, 3 queens, and 1 pyramid bunk bed.

A smart, streamlined floor by floor layout encourages connection when needed and privacy when desired:

• Ground level: No contact, smart home entry, enclosed garage, large enough for 2 cars and plenty of beach/pool gear, outdoor shower

• 2nd floor: One master king BR, with en suite bathroom and private ocean view balcony, 1 queen BR with private sound view deck, 1 pyramid bunk BR, large full bath

• 3rd floor: One master king, with en suite bathroom and private ocean view balcony, 2 queens (1 with private, sound view deck and washer/dryer) large full bath

• 4th (top) floor: Large kitchen, dining area, living room, pantry, half bath, opens up to ocean view deck with hot tub; sound view deck off kitchen

Whether you want to rest or play, this place has it all!

• Watch your kids play in the surf or pool, fish right from the beach, take a quick stroll to the Seaview Fishing Pier (0.3 miles). If you feel strong, go on walking/running for miles to the end of the island, or just relax on the beach, tuning in to the sound of the waves, with the assurance that your clean, comfortable, safe and spacious lodging is just steps away.

• Set your kids (or go yourself) on a scavenger hunt for fossilized shark teeth, or unique shells.

• Enjoy being together, grilling and cooking large meals in our spacious kitchen. Or walk over to Splash by the Sea, a great oceanfront restaurant, just steps away next door in the Villa Capriani complex.

• Just minutes away by car, enjoy all that Topsail and Surf City have to offer, including a Sea Turtle Sanctuary, plenty of shopping for gifts or local, home-made fudge, ice-cream and fresh seafood.

• Let the kids burn some more energy at the North Topsail Beach Town Park (0.9 mi), where you’ll find a playground, basketball, and tennis courts.

• Go boating and/or fishing with a launch just 2 miles away at Shrimp Lady Lane.

• Enjoy fabulous local cuisine 5-15 minutes away in Topsail or Surf City, with plenty of fresh seafood options and incredible views. Or just kick back, skip the cooking and dinner out and make it a pizza night, with delivery available from Domino’s and Papa John’s.

Amenities make it for a comfortable, safe and relaxing stay, and include Wi-Fi, Air Conditioning, Fully Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Toaster Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Oven, Washer & Dryer, Deck Furniture throughout, Outdoor Shower, Hose and a Grill.

We hope you’ll stay a while to enjoy all our home, the beach and surrounding areas have to offer.

Fresh linens & bath towels are provided by a linen service. A required linen fee applies. Beds are not made prior to arrival. We do not provide beach towels.

We make sure there is toilet paper in each bathroom, and bags in the trash cans to start you off. We provide an amenity starter package with a roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, small bottles of dish soap, hand soap, lotion, etc., and coffee packet for one pot. We do not provide enough of these amenities for your entire stay.

There is a seven (7) night minimum for all stays. All rental periods are Saturday to Saturday.

• A signed rental agreement and valid ID are required for all reservations.
• This is a non-smoking house. Smoking is permitted on the decks. Tenants agree to do so responsibly.
• Pets are not permitted on the property. This is a hypoallergenic house in which the owners, who occupy the house part time have severe sensitivities to dogs.
• Events are not permitted on the property.
• Parking is provided for up to six (6) vehicles, four (4) in the driveway and two (2) in the garage. No additional parking is provided.

Our Cancellation Policy supersedes the no refund option provided by VRBO and is included on our rental agreement.

Should Tenant have to cancel for any reason, the Tenant must notify the Owner immediately in writing via email. Tenant acknowledges that cancellation by the Tenant does not relieve the Tenant from the specific terms of the Agreement. However, the Owner will make every effort to re-rent the Property for the specified period. If the Property is re-rented for the specified period, advanced rent payments will be refunded to the Tenant less any discounts/expenses required to re-rent and less the Travel Insurance Premium.

We've created wonderful memories here already and would bring us joy if we could offer the same to other families, looking to hit "pause" for a while and just enjoy being together, soaking in the sunshine and the waves.

We loved this home as soon as we walked in. It's spacious and modern, in an intimate community that offered private beach access and a wonderful pooln. Plenty of parking, no busy streets to cross. The hot tub and the elevator were such wonderful and practical touches!
