The convenient screened entryway allows you to have great privacy and leads you to a spacious living room with vaulted ceilings, flat screen TV, and plenty of comfortable seating for family and friends. The formal dining room has a table for 6 and it is ready for all your holiday celebrations!


The well-equipped kitchen features Corian countertops, plenty of cabinets, an island, a built-in desk for all your remote meetings or classes, and a breakfast bar for you to enjoy your morning coffee! Adjoining the kitchen is a nook area with a dining table for 4 and a large aquarium window overlooking the lanai & pool area.


The home's highly desired split floorplan provides ample privacy for you and your guests. The primary bedroom is a welcome retreat after a fun-filled day at the beach with a king bed, flat screen TV, large walk-in closet, and French doors to the pool deck. The en-suite bathroom is complete with dual vanities, walk-in shower, and a soaking tub - perfect to sit back and relax!


The second bedroom offers a queen bed and sliders to the pool area. The third bedroom offers a king bed and a flat screen TV. The guest bathroom has a single vanity, and a shower-over-the-tub combination. All linens, towels, and beach towels are provided. All bathrooms have hair dryers.

Large pocket sliders lead to the screened lanai and pool deck, gracefully integrating the indoor/outdoor living areas, thus capturing the essence of Florida living at its finest. The pool has an electric heat available at no extra charge - With a waterfall, a swim-up dining table, and seating in your swimming pool, even the most ordinary activity can become special! When a routine experience goes from dry land to a cool, relaxing aquatic setting, it takes on a whole new dimension.


Eating, drinking, or playing a (waterproof) board game with family and friends can be novel and even more fun and relaxing. Something about being in the water just makes almost everyone feel good! There is also a standalone gas grill where you can make your favorite BBQ recipes and dine on additional patio table with chairs! And for those days coming back from the beach, rinse off under the outdoor shower, located right on the pool deck.


The separate laundry room has a washer and dryer, built-in ironing board, folding countertop, utility sink, and extra cabinets. This home has cable TV and Wi-Fi. Bicycles, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella are also available in the garage - all for guests to use! Also, please be aware that the owner’s vehicle is parked in one of the three garage spaces. The remaining two spots, along with the driveway, are available for guest use.
Please note, there is a Ring doorbell camera at the front entrance, as well as an additional exterior camera overlooking the driveway. These cameras are actively recording and are used for monitoring exterior activity only. This home also facilitates a convenient self-check-in lockbox process, so you can start your vacation from the moment you arrive!


Enjoy a wide variety of outdoor recreation. There are 2 community parks nearby - The Rotonda Community Park and Preserve. Offering tennis courts, bike path, children playground, and a large pavilion where you can enjoy a picnic after getting your morning exercise routine done. Ideally situated just minutes away from the local beaches at Boca Grande Island and Englewood with first class saltwater fishing and water sports facilities all in easy reach. The gorgeous sandy beaches are full of activities. Shelling, snorkeling, boating, beach combing and kayaking are some of the activities within minutes of your doorstep. The Cape Haze Peninsula is also home to the Tarpon and Snook capital of the world - Boca Grande - which is within a 20-minute drive. In addition, there are many public golf courses for all skill levels and numerous great local restaurants available for you to enjoy.
