Guest will need to shovel the walkway. The drive will be plowed during/after every storm.

There is a bedroom in the basement that is located near the heating system. For some guests, this could be loud when firing up.

**Ski-in/Ski-out - Our home is located a 5 minute walk to HALL TRAIL for cross country skiing

YOU WILL NEED 4 WHEEL DRIVE TO ACCESS OUR HOME IN THE WINTER

If you are going to bring a dog, make sure to add it under the "guest" section. This will automatically add a $100 pet cleaning fee to the reservation. Please note, we do not accept puppies.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are bringing a dog, you must have them approved first by messaging us and then, you must add them to your reservation. There is an additional cleaning fee that will be automatically added to your reservation when you add your dog. Cats are strictly prohibited.
ESA's are not exempt from the additional cleaning fee.
Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
- No smoking or vaping in the house
- No fireworks or other illegal activities
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- Respect the neighbors
