The Space:

You step onto a quiet patio for two, sip a morning coffee and feel the gentle Florida breeze while the neighborhood’s walking and biking trails wind just beyond the gate. Inside, a bright living room invites the whole family to gather, with a cozy sofa, a large flat‑screen TV and a breakfast nook that spills onto a dining table perfect for sharing meals. The space feels both spacious and intimate, offering a calm retreat after a day of exploring nearby attractions.



Sleeping arrangements

Four queen bedrooms each open onto a private full bathroom, giving every guest their own quiet sanctuary. The rooms are simply furnished, clean and ready for a restful night’s sleep.



Living space & outdoor

The living area comfortably seats everyone, with plenty of room for games or movie nights. A small patio off the lounge provides outdoor seating for two, ideal for evening drinks under the stars. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen holds all the essentials you need to whip up simple meals, from a stovetop and oven to a microwave and coffee maker. The adjacent breakfast nook and separate dining area make it easy to enjoy breakfast together or a relaxed dinner after a day of sightseeing.



Neighborhood & nearby attractions

Located on the first floor of a well‑maintained complex in Lutz, you’re a short drive from several highlights: the University of South Florida (5 minutes, 2.2 mi), Museum of Science & Industry (8 minutes, 4.2 mi), Busch Gardens Tampa (11 minutes, 4.5 mi), Takomah Trail Park (10 minutes, 5.1 mi) and Lettuce Lake Park (13 minutes, 5.9 mi). The area offers easy access to shopping, dining and outdoor adventures.



Practical amenities

Free washer and dryer in the unit, full‑size queen beds, and starter supplies. The host is responsive, answering all questions promptly, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard.



You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
