Sleeping arrangements

- Four queen bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, provide private comfort for up to eight guests. Fresh linens and bathroom essentials are supplied for a relaxed stay.



Kitchen & dining

- A full kitchen opens onto a dining space, offering everything needed to prepare simple meals or quick bites before heading out. A washer and dryer sit within the unit for added convenience on longer visits.



Outdoor living

- A small patio off the living room offers a simple spot to sit and enjoy a change of scenery. A shared BBQ grill and balcony area let you savor outdoor meals whenever the mood strikes.



Community amenities

- Guests have access to a shared community pool and gym, as well as walking and biking trails, a basketball court, clubhouse, and lounge. These facilities are available within the gated property, providing options for recreation and relaxation.



Work & connectivity

- High‑speed wifi and a dedicated workspace make remote work or planning easy, while a TV offers entertainment for quieter evenings.



Location

- Situated in Lutz, the home sits near USF, Busch Gardens, MOSI, and several local parks. Major roadways nearby simplify travel into Tampa or the surrounding area, keeping popular attractions within easy reach while the neighborhood remains quiet and residential.



Parking & access

- Free parking is provided on the premises in visitor‑labeled spaces on a first‑come, first‑served basis. Self‑check‑in is handled through a smart lock, granting exclusive access to the entire unit and community amenities.



Pet policy

- The property is pet‑friendly, welcoming furry companions to share in the experience.



Whether you are here for a short visit or an extended stay, this second‑floor retreat offers a comfortable base for families and groups to settle in, explore, and enjoy the Tampa area at their own rhythm.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard.



You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
