This 2-story home has a glorious master bedroom with a spa-like en suite on the main floor. Adorned with a King size bed, the master has access to the back deck and has views of the pool. The en suite is outfitted with spa-like amenities: dual vanities with granite counters and travertine floors, a luxurious soaking tub, a private water closet, an oversized, walk-in shower and a large walk-in closet.

Also located downstairs between the family room and living rooms is the half bath for all guests to use.

Heading upstairs, bedroom two has a Queen size bed, ceiling fan and a desk for those that may have to work. Bedroom three has a King size bed, ceiling fan and its own en suite. This bathroom has access from the bedroom and from the hall for bedroom 2 guests to use. The 2nd bathroom has a single vanity with granite counters, and a large walk-in shower.

Bedroom four, with an en suite, is located adjacent to bedroom three and features a King bed, a walk-in closet, a ceiling fan and its own private bathroom. The en suite has a single vanity with granite counters and a tub/shower combination.

Bedroom five, duals as the movie room and is the perfect spot for the kids (or big kids) to sleep. The room can accommodate 4, two on a twin over twin bunkbed along with two fold-up bean bag sleepers.

All bathrooms have hair dryers, and bedrooms have hotel-quality luxe linens and luggage racks.

LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Interior)
Equipped with both a living room and family room, there is enough space for everyone to relax and enjoy the well-appointed home. The living room, off the entry and adjacent to the kitchen, has direct access to the back deck and pool area. It has a sofa that seats 4 and two side chairs surrounding a coffee table. There is also a game table with seating for 4 and there are plenty of board and card games for everyone to enjoy. Above the side table holding the games is a 50” TV outfitted with Roku for streaming all your favorite shows. (Don’t forget to bring your Netflix or Prime account numbers should you want to view any movies downstairs.)

The family room is adjacent to the dining area and has a spacious sectional with seating for 6 along with 2 side chairs…perfect for viewing your favorite shows on the 60” TV equipped with Roku.

In the center of the home is the kitchen which features a huge granite island with bar seating at the island for 4, along with a work sink for the chef. The appliances feature a 5-burner stainless steel KitchenAid gas stove/oven, a walk-in pantry, an oversized stainless steel, French door refrigerator, wine refrigerator and dishwasher. The house has filtered water and just about all small hand appliances, serving and dishware you would need to whip up a gourmet meal for 12.

Next to the kitchen and adjacent to the family room is the dining room with seating for 8. The dining room also has a climate-controlled 200 bottle wine room that can store your Paso wine finds while you’re exploring the Paso Wine AVA. The dining room overlooks the private side yard with bay window views of the beautiful foliage and greenery.

The crème de la crème for the inside entertainment is upstairs in the Movie Room, complete with a 106” (almost 9 feet) movie screen, a 5-point surround sound system and double wide comfortable leather recliners, complete with cupholders. This will bring your movie watching to a whole new level. This room doubles as a kids’ sleeping room with a twin over twin bunk and two foldout bean bags for two more kiddos.

LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Exterior)
A French door off the living/great room leads to the back deck and pool area. This is where it all happens outside. The patio is covered and protected from the sun and wind and has a large BBQ for grilling up steaks from your favorite butcher. There is also a fridge and plenty of bar stools to take in the action overlooking the pool while keeping your cool in the shade. A large table with seating for 12 will accommodate your entire crew.

The 20’ x 40’ pool is the main attraction. Swim, float or do laps ‘til your heart’s content. The pool also has a kiddie area with just 1 foot of water…perfect for mom and the babes to wade in. Side seats along the length of the pool and a built-in hot tub make this a fully loaded pool. Go from the day swimming to the night in the hot tub enjoying the star-filled skies.

The pool is just the beginning for outdoor activities….there is a putting green, trampoline, horseshoe pit, bocce ball, corn hole, tetherball, volleyball and miles of marked hiking trails right on the property. There is so much to do you may not want to leave!

The pool is not heated but you can heat the hot tub to any desired temperature.
GUEST AMENITIES
We provide personal amenities including soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, paper products, kitchen necessities such as dishwashing detergent, dishwasher soap and trash bags. The kitchen is stocked with the essential staples: coffee, tea, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and spices. The laundry room is also available for guest usage.

THE IMMEDIATE AREA
You are in the coveted Paso Robles Westside off of 46W, nearby some of the areas’ most highly-esteemed wineries, including Epoch, Linne Colado, and Grey Wolf Cellars, among many others. This home is just 15 minutes from the downtown Templeton and 20 minutes to downtown Paso where there are dozens of wine-tasting rooms, restaurants, plenty of shopping and a farmer's market every Saturday morning. Downtown there are over 12 wine tasting rooms, along with a distillery and local craft breweries. The downtown City Park offers free summer concerts from June through August every Wednesday night in Templeton and every Thursday night in Paso. Pack a picnic basket, a bottle of wine or two, your beach chairs and enjoy local musicians belting out everything from Jazz to Rock and Blues. You’re also just 20 minutes to the beautiful beaches in Cayucos, Cambria and Morro Bay. You can’t pick a better locale.

PROVISIONS
Trader Joe's is just down the road a bit on Vineyard Drive in Templeton. And while at the Trader Joe's you can pick up some fresh caught fish at Pier 46 Fish Market. A few miles north from there is an Albertson's on Niblick and Smart & Final is located on Spring Street at 20th. Also in Paso you can find a few quality cheese shops, Vivant Fine Cheese and Di Raimondos Italian Market and Cheese Shop, along with some cigar shops, Boyd's and Third Base Market & Spirits.

RESTAURANTS
Paso & Templeton are packed with great restaurants. Stay a week or two so you can try all of them!
Italian, French, Irish, Asian, Mexican, even Argentinean are just a few. From pizza to 5-course meals, Paso Robles has come of age in its dining options, with 3 Michelin Stars rated restaurants. Just a bit to the south, in Templeton, offers a few more options including McPhee's where you can find some of the best wood-fired steaks in town.
