Two bedrooms, each with queen beds. Eat in kitchen with microwave, toaster, keurig, full size refrigerator, stove/oven, and all utensils you would likely have in your own home. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Large living room with couch and large TV with Roku (bring your own login information for streaming services). Dedicated work space. Large bonus room/walk in pantry. Small bathroom with all the essentials. Screened in porch with rocking chairs. Uncovered deck with bistro table and chairs. Brand new central heating and cooling system. Wifi throughout the home.

Located 11 miles from Self Regional Hospital (18 minute easy drive). Just 0.25 miles (easy walk) to Harris Landing Restaurant and Tiki bar, which has seasonal live music and indoor and outdoor dining. Also just 0.25 miles from a gas station, convenience store, ATM and boat launch. Stoney Point is 2.5 miles away, which offers a public golf course and Bermuda's restaurant. Also 2.5 miles away is the River Fork Access Area, which offers a public boat launch, fishing pier and picnic area along the shores of Lake Greenwood.
