The kitchen has a brand new fridge and oven, a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, and an instapot countertop oven. Counter height stools at the breakfast bar seat 4 with the dining room table nearby. There is another back porch entrance from the dining area.

There is on site laundry facilities directly off of the kitchen, as well as, a two car garage with remote access. This home is more lightly furnished yet with all the essential amenities offering a clutter free space away from home.

Less than ten minutes away is Laurens Town Square. Every Friday night of the warmer months there is an open air concert offering entertainment and the small town charm everyone needs to experience. Only a couple miles from there is the more commercial district with shopping, restaurants, and more.
