You'll love the amazing view of the Atlantic Ocean and beach from the living areas, master bedroom and private balcony! You can access the balcony from the living room and main bedroom. Upgrades include newer tile flooring in living areas and bathrooms, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials including a Keurig, blender and crock pot. Master bathroom has a custom tile shower with glass door! Main bedroom has a king-sized bed, and second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a bunk bed with 2 full sized beds so you can sleep 8 people comfortably. Enjoy large Smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms so you stream your favorite shows (with your login credentials.) The condo has central air conditioning, a washer and dryer in the condo and 1 assigned parking space is provided. This condo is located on the fifth floor, and the building has an elevator. Note: While parking space is not covered, you need to go through covered parking with a clearance of 7'8".

Enjoy easy beach access as your unit is only a few steps from the ocean! Oceana II is located in the mid-town Ocean City and is near restaurants, bars, mini golf, shopping & grocery stores.

** Linens not provided. Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillowcases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option after you make your reservation if you choose to do so. A complete linen package is $142. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked. **

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
