Head upstairs and you’ll find five bedrooms that are super comfy and made for a good night’s sleep:

• Primary bedroom: King bed + twin-over-twin bunk + roll-away + private bath with tub.
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed + air mattress
• Bedroom 3: Twin-over-queen bunk
• Bedroom 4: Twin-over-queen bunk
• Bedroom 5: Twin bed

Each room has its own smart TV, cozy bedding, and space to unpack and settle in.

You’ll have the whole place to yourself—including the backyard, pool, games, laundry room, and peaceful verandas. Everything is yours to enjoy!

Other things to note:

• We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, with extra attention to high-touch surfaces.
• The home has central heating and AC to keep you comfortable year-round.
• This is a family-friendly neighborhood, so please keep noise down during quiet hours, especially at night.
• Pool heating is available up to 82°F for $150/day minimum. There is a 2 day minimum charge for pool heating. Pricing is based on current SDGE natural gas rates. Spa heating is always free, just press the button on the remote to turn on the jets and begin heating.
• Pool toys and floaties shown in the photos are for staging purposes only and are not guaranteed to be available during your stay. However, guests occasionally leave behind floaties they’ve purchased, and when they do, we keep them at the property—so there are often some available for use.
• If you are bringing a pet, a non-refundable pet fee of $100 will be added to the reservation and covers up to 2 dogs.
• Hosting more than 14 guests, each additional guest will incur an extra $50 per night.
• The large master bedroom closet has been converted into the 5th bedroom.
• Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours ahead of time and is subject to extra fees and availability.
