Hi Jan, Im so sorry about the bed issue. I'm glad you mentioned about it. I have called local American's Mattress. All the beds were purchased January of this year. Unfortunately, the units are booked every night. They wanted to take a picture of the bed without the covers before they can replace it. I had one guest that already complained too. We hope we can get this bed replaced soon.

I'm sorry that you're upset of charging you the replacement of the bed covers. As I explained to you. I could not miss to spot this damage bed covers when I cleaned this room prior to your stay. We follow a strict protocol to disinfect all beds, living room furnitures and dining table every time we clean each unit. Even if the beds were not used we still disinfect the pillow and covers, vacuum the carpet and dust the furnitures. Half of the bed cover had scratches on it. It's not just a few it's a lot. The scratches are very obvious. If this was prior guest I would not miss it. Basing on our previous messages,I informed you that I will be shopping for a new bed covers and I didn't have the price yet to give you. Until I can go to the stores. $59 plus taxes for bed covers was the cheapest. It's very inconvenient for me to be shopping for covers I don't need your approval. I was very considerate to buy the cheapest.
