Wunderschönes Haus, das nah an alles ist. Zurück zum Kanal mit eigenem Bootsanleger und Aufzug. Kanal führt direkt in den Golf. Das Haus hat einen privaten Zugang zum schönen Strand von Vanderbilt am Golf auf der anderen Straßenseite. Das Haus hat einen schönen, offenen Grundriss mit einer enormen Menge an Licht. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes luxuriöses Bad. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Queensize-Bett und ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Glasschiebefenstern zum beheizten Pool und Whirlpool. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat zwei bequeme Einzelbetten. Das Haus hat auch eine Höhle, die ein großes Doppelbett mit Blick auf den Kanal hat. Setzen Sie sich auf Ihr privates Dock und beobachten Sie, wie die Delfine den Kanal auf und ab schwimmen. Der Golf ist nur 100 Meter entfernt, wo Sie wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge und Sonnenaufgänge genießen können. Sie werden sich während Ihres gesamten Aufenthalts wohl und luxuriös fühlen. Sie könnten sich keine ruhigere und privatere Umgebung wünschen, die in der Nähe von allem liegt. Leider gibt es sonntags nur von Montag bis Samstag keine Check-ins. Sie können sonntags auschecken, jedoch nicht einchecken

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The location was just right for us. We walked to the beach and had beach chairs, towels and umbrellas available for our use. We enjoyed time in the pool and a hot tub. Our hosts was quick to respond to our inquiry. We appreciate this property so much because it was comfortable and our guests and family enjoyed the views and fishing on the dock. We highly recommend this place for your next family trip and hope you enjoy the beautiful area which should be more attractive when the surrounding home construction is done. We stayed at this house for two weeks over Christmas and had a wonderful experience. The location is absolutely ideal. It is situated on the intercoastal waterway and just three houses down from direct beach access. Being able to walk right onto the beach was such a treat. Communication with Maureen was excellent throughout, and both the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and easy. We would happily stay here again.

We enjoyed thanksgiving 2023, had a great stay and loved the location.

The property is desirable, located on a Chanel close to the beach. Everything is walking distance which allows flexibility . The home is clean and well appointed .

Perfect Location Beautiful Property

We have been staying near Vanderbilt Beach for decades. This was our first time staying in a house across from the beach. You couldn't ask for a better location. The house has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful stay! We hope to be back again soon.

Vanderbilt Beach dream

Beautiful home with an ideal location. Pool, canal and walk across to gorgeous Vanderbilt Beach. No need for anything else! A few minor adjustments with the pool upon checking in but the owner and her team were right on it! Wonderful stay that ended much too soon!

Mike and his family were the perfect renters always very gracious and understanding I gave them 5 stars in each category even though one category showed only 4 that was a mistake on my part thought I marked 5 and closed out not realizing I marked 4 stars instead of 5 I would definitely rent to them again. And I hope they come back for another stay and truly enjoy how peaceful and relaxing Naples really is .

Perfect vacation retreat!

Maureen was terrific to deal with and her beautiful home was exactly as portrayed. Perfect location, quiet cut-de-sac street, half a block walk to private part of Vanderbilt Beach. Large Lanai with pool and hot tub was a perfect retreat. Fished from the private dock. Well stocked, very clean house, comfortable layout, new efficient appliances,. We would definitely stay at Maureen's lovely house again!

One of our best family vacations!

We’ve just returned from spending 2 weeks at this home and definitely didn’t want to leave! The location is spectacular- a quick walk to the beach, great biking/walking/running paths, and an easy drive to grocery stores, great restaurants, tennis/pickleball courts, golf, you name it. The house was spotless and plenty of room for all of us. The few problems we had with the hot tub were resolved immediately. The owners of the home are very kind, welcoming and ready to make your stay as best as it can be. We would definitely recommend staying at this home.

Pet Friendly in Paradise

Other than the two palm trees in the picture lost to Hurricane Ian and some vegetation damage, everything was as advertised. It even has dog stairs in the bedroom! Owner was super responsive, both before and during our stay. The beach is in such great condition, you would never know Ian hit only 15 weeks ago except for one pile of brush near the beach path and damage to homes on the beach. If there was any damage to the shops and restaurants in town, you would never know it.

location is short walk to beach which is a plusBe aware renting this as Naples is under a lot of construction There was a barge in the canal in front of the home for 3 days of our 2 week stay Noise early and all day Owner would not compensate for anything because “not in her control”Beware because home next door will be torn down as well as 2 lots across the street and when sold will have construction Home in need of lots of TLC 3 broken chairs which we set aside for the tripBeach chairs were not adequate unless u like camp chairs or child’s chairs Went tostore and purchased our ownAll dishes and utensils need replacing and rusty cookie sheets etc Not sure if the owner ever looks at inventory All would not be so bad if not listed as luxury

Renters were very high maintenance. The chairs she speaks of were not broken when they arrived. As for pots and pans a complete set was just purchased this past October. The cookie sheets I will have to check on because I know nothing about them. As for these renters they are renting a home in an area that has been hit 3 times with hurricanes in recent years. People are still rebuilding and I have no control over any construction in the area. I feel the renters from day one were preparing to ask for money back and since I would not accommodate them they gave me a lower review. I have been renting this home for over 15years and I have never had people who had issues with every little thing. These renters even told me before I said I would not give them any money back that they have told multiple friends about my home and how they should rent it they even said they felt I could charge more. I check on this home and the supplies and maintenance of this home several times a year and as I have stated I have never had review saying the house needs any type of care. I take pride in keeping this home in pristine shape. In 15 years I have never given a bad review on any of my renters and I will not begin now I will chalk this up to a difference of opinions and different personality types. But I will not be renting to these renters again if requested.

Leider sehr enttäuschend!

Wir kamen am Nachmittag an dem Haus an und hatten uns nach der langen Anreise sehr darauf gefreut. Es hat wirklich eine tolle Lage und ist ganz nah am wunderschönen Vanderbilt Beach. Leider war es Innen nicht so nett. Die Klimaanlage ging nicht und es war sehr dreckig: Kühlschrank dreckig, Bettlaken alt, tote Kakalaken am Boden, verschimmelte Essensreste auf der Terrasse, fleckiger Teppich, Fensterscheiben vermiert, Grill nicht gereinigt, Kinderspielsachen vermodert usw.... Da es keinen Hausverwalter vor Ort gab, haben wir uns per Telefon an den Vermieter gewendet. Die Vermieterin wußte von dem allem nichts und hat ihre Haushaltshilfe angerufen, dass sie vorbei kommt. Zusätzlich wurde der Techniker für die Klimaanalge gerufen. Soweit so gut... Bis dahin dachten wir, das kriegen wir hin, aber die Haushaltshilfe hat uns dann total verwirrt. Sie meinte die Vermieterin wüßte das alles und macht nichts und sie tue ihr nur einen Gefallen und wird nicht bezahlt. Die Vermieterin wiederum meinte, die Haushaltshilfe wäre für all das verantwortlich. Nach langem hin und her wurden neue Bettlaken gekauft, aber die Klimaanalge konnte nicht repariert werden und die Reinigung hätte frühestens in 2 Tage stattfinden können. Da wir mit meiner 2 Jährigen Tochter dort waren, die vieles in den Mund nimmt und wir allgemein enttäuscht waren über das Lieblose in dem Haus (nur eine Sonnenliege, keine Polster für die Stühle, kein Telefon, keine Einweisung, kein herzlich Willkommen...) und bei dem Preis nicht einsehen wollten alles selbst zu putzen, wollten wir sofort wieder gehen. Zum Glück war die Vermieterin sehr verständnisvoll und hat unsere Buchung storniert und uns das gesamte Geld erstattet. Am Ende haben wir nur einen Urlaubstag und kein Geld verloren, aber dennoch sollte so etwas nicht mehr vorkommen. Wir empfehlen hier eine gute Verwaltung zu engagieren und mehr Engagement. Aus unserer Floridaerfahrung wissen wir, dass so etwas auch anders laufen kann, mit Willkommensgetränk und netten Hinweisen und viel Liebe zum Detail.

I don't want to respond to this review because as you can see I have NEVER had a bad review. I just think these renters had expectations that were out of the ordinary and unusual for anyone to make them happy. They also wrote many falsehoods in this review. I have been renting this home out for over four years i have had many many people(hundreds) stay at my home and this is the ONLY bad review. I plan on keeping it that way. I am not going to get into he said she said because you can never get any where with that. So my note to future renters is do not base your decision on this review. As you can see even though this was a difficult situation for both parties and even when I feel the person is wrong I gave them their money back I treated them with respect and made sure the outcome has made the renter happy. I was brought up that the customer is always right even if you don't always believe it. If anyone wants to discuss this in more detail before renting please contact me and I will tell you what really went on.

The property was just like the pictures. Any question or issue was quickly addressed by the property owner. A very short walk to the beach, where we spent most of our time. A few of the local restaurants were within walking distance. Our family had a wonderful time and are looking forward to returning next year

Wonderful as always!

We chose this vacation home once again for our summer stay in Naples. The house is clean and well maintained and the proximity to the beach cannot be beat! Our kids loved the pool and my husband loved the dock for our boat rental. We had a question for the owner during our stay and received a very quick response. I highly recommend this rental and will be back again soon!

Spring Break 2022

Naples never disappoints. My family loves this area. The location can’t be beat…minutes from the beach. Nice heated pool and hot tub. House was great…very comfortable. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely stay again (tried to book for 2023 but sadly already booked up!).

We rented for one week in January. The house had everything we needed for a day at the beach. We had our one year old granddaughter and it worked out great. Lots of space and well stocked kitchen. Maureen was extremely responsive. Thanks!

Family Friendly Vacation

Great location and wonderful hosts. The atmosphere of Vanderbilt Beach is quiet and relaxing. Our grandkids had fun in the pool and loved the convenience to to the beach. Would recommend providing instructions on how to inflate the extra mattresses. Looked for a pump but could not find one.

Great Location

Location is great, roomy, pool & hot tub great. Would suggest a new set of pots & pans. Would definitely rent again! Our family had a great time!

Location, Location, Location!!!!

My family had an amazing time. The house was extra clean, fresh and beautiful inside and out. The beds were so comfortable! The pool and spa were heavenly. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook delicious meals with groceries we had delivered from local grocery store (Publix via SHIPT). The owner was responsive, and gave us 5 star treatment at all times! Best of all...it is literally across the street from the most beautiful private beach...the whole family enjoyed the beach every day, and the Sunsets were legendary! We can't wait to come again soon. Highly recommended!

March 2020 Highs and Lows

What a beautiful property. Nicely laid out and well maintained. Master opposite end of house from other guest rooms. Right on a canal with nice pool and spa. The location is great- less than a block to the beach for swimming and incredible sunsets. Management very nice to work with on minor issues. Coronavirus restrictions came along mid month and we were thankful for the pool. Can’t wait to go back next year! I would highly recommend this property

Best Rental in 10 years

This was the most beautiful home and location we've stayed in years of renting from Marco Island up to Clearwater Beach. The water views out the front and back of the home were stunning. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub almost everyday. From beach towels to pool toys, we never wanted our month vacation here to end. The homeowner was absolutely the most responsive and accommodating to all our needs and any minor issues were resolved immediately. My biggest concern wherever I rent is the condition of the mattresses. This home had the most comfortable, clean mattresses in all the rooms. Many cleaning supplies, detergent, paper products were there for our use. The homeowner thought of everything. We will be returning to this home for many years to come.
