This property is an older home located in an established neighborhood, and while it is well maintained, it does reflect the character and normal wear typical of homes of its age. We strive to represent the home accurately in our listing photos and description, and we do not intend to mislead guests. Regarding your specific concerns, we take cleanliness and maintenance seriously. Issues such as mold, excessive dirt, or malfunctioning features are not consistent with our standards, and we wish we had been given the opportunity to address these during your stay. Our team is always available to assist with reasonable concerns when they are reported promptly. As for amenities and furnishings, details such as the absence of an ice maker, older cabinetry, or the layout of the home—including the lower-level bathroom and laundry area—are reflected in the listing and are part of the home’s design.
