This property has everything you and your family will need to have a magical vacation. The kitchen has all new appliances and gadgets that you will ever need to make a gourmet meal or just enjoy a snack. There is a breakfast bar with seating for 3. The dining room has seating for 3 as well. The living room features a large smart flat screen TV and plenty of seating for relaxing and watching a movie as a family. There is also a queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping options. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a full bathroom with a shower tub combination. There are twin over twin bunks in the hall for the kids to enjoy that are right off of the full bathroom.

The balcony has Adirondack chairs to relax and enjoy the views and your morning coffee. The condo has a full size washer and dryer in the property to make washing those bathing suits super easy.

This property features 100% sanitized, clean sheets and towels, professionally cleaned by Gulf Coast Laundry Services. They are the ONLY linen service in the area that guarantees completely clean, sanitized and freshly ironed sheets and towels, giving you peace of mind and a great night's rest! In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. You must be at least 25 to rent this property.

Construction Notice:

There is currently an ongoing 3 Million dollar infrastructure project going on. This project started Feb. 10th and is slated to be a 190 day project, ending by the end of August. The resort is replacing the storm drains all along the main Horizon Drive as well as revamping the front beach entry and cleaning out of the ponds at the south side of the property. There will be no affect to the condo directly.
