Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 18 years of age to book. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The whole condo is for your use, there is no shared rooms here.

Other things to note:
This unit charges $55 per day per additional guest after 4 Guests
This unit is monitored by a ring doorbell (tampering with the security features of the condo will result in eviction.
If a guest is found to bring additional/unauthorized guests for their stay, it will result in an additional fee of $100 per guest per day or cancellation of the Booking
Replacement or lost wrist band:s 50.00 each
Wristbands must be returned undamaged.
Wristbands and parking fee is a separate cost
The late check-out fee is $75/ hour and will be assessed at 10:15 AM if the Guest is still in the unit
Every group has to pay a resort fee per stay at the lobby or online
Pet violation fee $350
Smoking (smoking of any kind) violation fee $350
Cleaning complaints must be submitted 2 hours after check-in to our email address
All wristbands need to be left/returned, unreturned wristbands will be charged $100 each to replace
No parties are allowed (evictions will be placed, and there will be no refund)
Per the HOA, you must let security or government officials into the condo during inspections, pest control, or complaints. Failure to do so will lead to eviction.
Other things to note
It has a phenomenal setting offering panoramic elevators you cannot find anywhere else, heated pools, kiddie pools. Vegas-style fountain show every night, you can enjoy from the privacy of your own balcony!
The unit has been decorated extremely tastefully and no expense has been spared for the comfort of our guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. The master bedroom has an extremely comfortable King Bed and in-suite Bathroom. The bunk area is secluded and has brand new mattresses and a private bathroom. The living area is extremely spacious and open, it offers a sleeper sofa couch and brand new furniture for the ultimate luxury feel. The condo is 1050 sq.ft and it is located on the best floor- 6th.
