We’re delighted to offer a home designed with your comfort in mind, from our well-appointed 5 bedrooms and 3 baths to a fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials, including toiletries, towels, and snacks to accommodate up to twelve guests. We want every guest to feel at home! Our fire pit is always ready for memorable evenings, with wood, fire starters, and s’mores kits provided to make your stay special. For future guests, our property is located in West Cobb Marietta, near the East-West Connector and major highways, providing convenient access to Marietta's town square and Atlanta's nearby attractions. This positioning offers the perfect balance of a tranquil stay and accessibility to the best of the area. We look forward to hosting you and making your stay truly magical!

We made every effort to ensure your stay was comfortable. At your request, we purchased and installed three additional televisions. Hurricane Helene had just passed the week before, which delayed yard maintenance, but I informed you that a lawn service would address this before your stay, which they did, except for one set of branches. When you visited a week before your stay, I offered you a refund because I sensed your dissatisfaction, but you chose to stay after being unable to find another property of similar size and price. Additionally, we accommodated an early check-in at 11 AM, giving you extra time. You reached out to us only once during your stay at 10:10 PM, asking about the linens. You asked, "What should we do about the linen? Shall we wash the?" I responded immediately, offering extra sheet sets from the upstairs closet, and you replied that you didn’t need them. At no point did you mention stains, nor did you request additional towels. We had 18 towels available for your group of 12, and if you had asked, we had more on hand. I find it surprising that concerns about stains or towels were not raised during your stay and only appeared in your review afterward. We strive to address any issues promptly and would have gladly resolved anything that arose. Given the efforts we made to accommodate your requests, from offering a refund to adding TVs and giving extra time at check-in, we feel this review is not representative of your experience.
