Checkin is at 4pm and Checkout is at 10am.

My place is fully decked out with themed rooms! Enjoy the Coke room, the Barbie room, a Braves theater, 2 office setups, a flower wall, and so much more!

Great for families! 4 bedrooms 3 full baths! 10 real beds, 2 air mattresses

Basement with theater, foosball, darts. 2 desk areas. Large open kitchen.

Near Braves / Truist Park, Battery, Perimeter Mall, Six Flags Whitewater, Northside Hospital, Kennestone Hospital

TV w/Apple TV + Projector TV downstairs in "movie room" with Apple TV, gourmet kitchen, coffee maker, fiber internet, towels, shampoo/soap, blow dryer, iron, washer/dryer, microwave.

RULES
- I am a no shoe household! Deposit will be charged for damages.
- Maximum of 6 cars at any given time on the street or driveway - full deposit charged.
- Early checkin for rush cleaning. If offered and booked prior - $100-$200
- Late checkout for rush cleaning. if offered and booked prior - $100-$200. Late checkout if not offered and booked prior - $200.
- No guests outside of the booked number of guests are allowed in the house.
- Absolutely no pets due to severe allergies. The fee for cleaning air ducts and furniture the last time this happened was $2000.

EXTRA RULES
A few extra rules I've had to add! I've had a few parties, so these rules are probably not relevant to most guests, but please read them and message me if you have any questions!

- No local guests. Any local guests reservations will be automatically canceled with no refunds. If any local guests arrive, this is considered a lease violation and everyone will be removed immediately from the house by local authorities.

- No drugs on premises. No smoking weed or cigarettes or anything else inside the house. The fee for smoking in the house is $3000 for the deep cleaning cost.

- Quiet hours after 10pm.

Nice house for baseball tourney stay

We stayed here for a week long tourney in East Cobb. The house was very clean and conveniently located 15-20 minutes from the different sets of fields. Worked out great for our needs. The adults enjoyed the back deck at night and the boys were able to hang in the basement. The water heater tripped our last morning and Tracy immediately responded with how to fix it so we were able still get cleaned up in time to catch our flights. Overall we were very happy with our stay!

Great location and super clean

We were in town for a baseball game at Truist park. The location of this house was perfect! The house was super clean! Smelled freshly cleaned and not a speck of dirt anywhere. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Home

This was a beautiful home and very spacious. The location was nice and convenient to everything. The chairs and barstools were loose and needed to be tighten. Also, the water doesn't stay hot long, even when no-one else was using it. Other than those two things, everything was great. House was well stocked with all necessities, which was new for me because other homes ive rented.

Great Thanksgiving Stay!

Thank you for lovely stay in your immaculate, darling home. The photos represent the property well! Owner was great at communicating. There was lots of room. Master bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend the Civil War to Civil Rights as well as the Carter Library tours.

Great place in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for the traveling family.

Our stay was great we had two senior citizens with us and they were able to use the master bathroom and the big walk in shower with ease. The location was reasonably close to get to Truist park and neighborhood was very safe and quiet. We had no problems and checking in/out was simple enough. Great place for a great price! I would book again.

Great family home in a great location

We came through on a road trip and stayed a couple nights and this house was perfect. We caught a Braves game and did a couple things in Atlanta and this home was convenient to all. We liked the downstairs area and we let my in law's have that area to themselves. My 6 and 2 year old girls loved the barbee room and my 8 year old son liked the coke room. It was a nice quiet neighborhood that was great for a family walk in the afternoon. We will certainly stay here again when we are in the area. The host was great and communicated quickly when we had to contact her.

Loved our stay!!

We had a great experience. Tracy was always quick to respond and answer any questions we had. She has supplied the home with everything you would need and more. I love that the home is decorated but not too much! For families with littles it can be overwhelming making sure things aren’t messed with. The rules can feel overwhelming but it all went well. The location is great and central to a lot of things. If you go around this ti e of year definitely check out Life University’s Christmas light display… only a 10 minute drive away! Older house but still very nice.

The stay was great. Some simple things need to be done, like painting and fix a few holes in the wall. Other than those few things the house was great a bit older but nice. One other thing is they need someone to make sure all wash clothes are cleaned and not thrown under the sinks.
