At Levon's Landing, relax with the whole family at this peaceful mountain log cabin with BIG views and gorgeous sunsets! Enjoy the hot tub with a view that brings relaxation to a whole new level. Spacious bedrooms that give comfort to every member of the family. A full kitchen with everything you could need, just bring your groceries and stay for a while! Levons Landing also comes with a full outdoor experience, complete with fresh mountain air, camp fires, hiking trails and…. THAT VIEW!!
REGIONAL NOTES: Be sure to watch for deer when you drive in the area and double check the weather for your stay in case of inclement weather, requiring 4 wheel drive/snow chains.

FIRE PIT: please use local firewood only. While there may be firewood, it is not guaranteed so we suggest you pick some up when you grab groceries

WIFI: The wifi works well at the house but cell service is spotty going up the mountain. Typically GPS will stay connected but be sure to note gate and lockbox codes prior to heading up to the cabin.

HOT TUB: The hot tub is checked and maintained between stays, and is expected to be in working order. However, if a situation should occur, and the hot tub is not in service a reimbursement will be carefully considered with each circumstance. No refund or discount will be provided for guests not wanting to use the amenities provided. SEE RULES BELOW.

HOT TUB RULES: Dogs are NOT allowed in the hot tub for any reason. Do NOT add anything to the water. NO glitter oils or bubbles are allowed. If you have anything on your body that may transfer to the water, including mud/dirt, rinse it off prior to entering the hot tub. There is and additional $250 cleaning charge to any guest found violating these rules.

WELL/SEPTIC: this cabin is connected to well water and a septic system. Nothing but septic safe toilet paper should be flushed in the bathrooms

TRASH: Trash service is not provided on the mountain. Garbage can be dropped nearby at the convenience center located at 6075 Bostic-Sunshine Hwy between 6am and 7pm Monday- Friday and 8am-7pm on Saturdays. If your checkout is on Sunday please drop the bulk of your trash the night before, do not leave bags outside as it could attract wildlife.

PETS: Dogs are welcome at Levon's Landing for an additional fee. Dogs are not allowed to be left alone for any length of time. If they are to be left alone, dogs should be crated.

SECURITY: there is a camera faced towards the woods to view wildlife. any activity in that area can be recorded 24/7

Bedroom 1 is on the main floor with a Queen Bed
Bedroom 2 is on the upper level with a King Bed
Bedroom 3 is on the upper level with a Queen Bed
Bedroom 4 is on the upper level with 2 single beds
There is a full bathroom on the main level and on the upper level.

The cabin is full of entertainment including an outdoor firepit, light hiking paths, 3 televisions with Roku, and plenty of games to pass the time.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, cooking pans, dishware/flatware, cutting boards and even some commonly used seasonings. note: unless you already plan to leave the cabin, you will want to pick up your groceries before heading up.
