This newly remodeled, 1 bedroom + loft condo in the heart of town is the perfect location for a Mammoth vacation. The open-concept kitchen and living area has all you need for a comfortable stay, including- two big-screen smart TV’s, a pellet fireplace, private balcony and a fully equipped kitchen for cooking meals. Cozy up on the chaise lounge and enjoy the fire, all while reading a good book or watching the huge 65” TV. After a long day of adventures, take a soak in the communal hot tub, pool, sauna or just relax and shoot some pool in the recreation room.

Like many homes in Mammoth, this unit does not have air conditioning. The home is equipped with a fan in each bedroom which will usually suffice in the summertime.

WiFi connectivity can fluctuate/fail especially when the town is busy (even with our upgraded routers). If you are coming for work, it is advisable to bring your own Hotspot. Once again, this a Mammoth issue, not a property issue.

Per Horizons 4 Rules, pets of any kind are not permitted. This includes Emotional Support Animals. There will be a minimum fine of $1500 for any pets or evidence of pets found in the unit.

Owners are not responsible for any items left behind. If an item is left and you would like it returned, our cleaning crew does charge a service fee plus shipping and handling.

All rates are subject to a Mammoth Lakes Transient Occupancy Tax.

If new formal government travel restrictions or quarantine laws that were not in place at the time of booking, impact your reserved dates then we will, without penalty, provide a credit for the full amount paid. The credit is to be applied towards a future stay with at our property within 12-months of the initial check-in date. New reservations will be subject to availability, nightly rate, and minimum night’s stay requirements.
