This is one of the iconic gray Deerfield condos. It's a fantastic location from which to base your vacation activities at Norris Lake. Easy access to boat launches, marinas, and water activities and the deck provides an unforgettable view of Deerfield Cove and Norris Lake.

Three beds sleep six. Air mattress provided for two additional guests.

An uncovered boat slip is included. It is located within sight of the condo.

After a full day on the lake, you can relax on the super-sized deck or in the main bedroom jet tub, catch a movie on the 55" LCD, or play some board games. Cook up your favorite vacation meal in the fully equipped kitchen or gas grill.

Heated condo community pool is about 100 yds away.
Access to tennis courts and a second larger community pool within the Deerfield community (we do not control availability of community amenities)

There are two sets of steps from the parking level to the door. (10 to a landing then another 8)
There are private steps from the deck to the boat slips. (15 from the deck and 42 down to the water, it's Norris Lake, there are a lot of steps)

The over-sized deck has its own steps to boat slips. There isn't a fixed access gate. We provide a removable child safety gate that you are able to use. Children must be supervised as there is no fence between the bottom of the steps and the water's edge.

The window treatments are white and do not block much sunlight. You're not going to want to sleep in anyway.

There is a non-operational gas fireplace.

There is a boat launch on the property at Deerfield Cove Marina (423) 907-9755 They charge a fee to launch and have limited trailer storage. Call ahead.

Bring your own bath towels.
We provide pods for laundry and the dishwasher.

Be sure to stock up on food and any other supplies you may need in LaFollette or Jacksboro. If you forget something the Dash n Go or Market Deli outside the community will have you covered for the essentials.

We require valid ID before accepting reservations. Current Drivers license

No parties. No pets, No Smoking of any kind (Cigarettes, Cigars, 420, etc)
No trailers in the parking lot. Drop your trailer at the marina don't pull it to the condo. It will likely be impossible to turn around.

Equipped with:
Fire extinguisher, Smoke Alarm, Carbon-monoxide detector.
A camera is installed at the front door pointing toward the landing. Another is on the deck pointing at the boat slips and steps leading to the deck.
