Lakeside Landing at Deerfield Including Covered Boat Slip

Our lakeview condo is situated in the coveted Deerfield Resort on Norris lake.

This condo is equipped with two master bedrooms, each featuring on-suite bathrooms (stand up showers, no bathtubs), and king sized beds. Our first floor master bedroom has access to the deck overlooking the lake. Upstairs, we have another Master bedroom with access to its own private deck with layout loungers. In addition to the master bedrooms, we have a queen bedroom, as well as a bunk room with double size beds as well as a pull out twin size trundle. All towels and linens are provided, but please bring your own beach towels for the lake and pool. With an open floor plan kitchen, dining, and living room, you'll enjoy the views throughout your stay!

We offer high-speed internet, and flat screen TV's with access to Roku. (Live channels would need to be accesed though your subscriptions through Roku) so plan ahead for your can't-miss sporting events. Our kitchen is well-equipped, and has a Kurig coffee maker if you would like to bring your favorite pods to use, also a drip coffee maker is in the pantry if you prefer. High efficiency washer and dryer.

It is a short walk to the community pool which has both a large pool and a shallow kiddie pool to enjoy with small children. We have a gas grill, and comfortable outdoor furniture on our covered deck for your enjoyment as well.

Deerfield Resort offers a gated entrance, private air strip, 18-hole golf course, The Greens at Deerfield Restaurant, Chapman Hill Winery, The Tiki Bar (a full service marina and family-friendly restaurant), tennis courts, and a community pool.

The condo includes a boat slip (please review and sign the Rule of the Boat slip/dock), also boats can be rented at Springs Dock just a short drive from the resort. Deerfield Cove Marina, within the resort, which will allow you to launch your boat and park your trailer both for a nominal fee. The marinas are open seasonally, usually May to mid-September, so if you are visiting in Spring, Winter, or Fall, the restaurants will not be open.
