For sleeping arrangements, this home offers four comfortable bedrooms including one king-size master suite, two rooms with queen beds, and a fourth room with two doubles. And outside, you can kick back and enjoy the view or dine together al fresco.



Guests will also enjoy access to a shared pool and baby pool in the community clubhouse, as well as access to a boat slip.



When you’re not taking advantage of the shared dock to enjoy countless water activities in the clear waters of the Powell River, hop in the car and find yourself at a number of local attractions. The Smithsonian-affiliated Museum of Appalachia and the historic community of Norris are both a little over 30 miles away. Downtown Knoxville and Oak Ridge, home of the Museum of Science and Energy, are both about 50 miles from your door. And for amazing day trips, make your way to Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, and Gatlinburg, all of which are within 90 miles of this property.
