This condo has a large open living area with a flat-screen TV, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Master Bedroom #1 has a king bed and its own private bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed. Bedroom #3 has a double/twin bunk.

Additional Amenities: The condo has lots of convenient amenities such as a charcoal grill within just a few steps of the condo, 4 flat-screen TVs, game room, shuffleboard, Card/Poker table, pool table, central heat and air conditioning, a washer, and dryer, and a beautifully furnished covered deck! Guests will have access to outside storage to store their beach chairs and equipment.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
